We were passing through town so location wasn't that important. Having just come from a different Comfort Inn and Suites I had high expectations, but was disappointed with how run down this hotel was in comparison. There was only one person working front desk. I believe there was some sort of incident prior to our arrival. It took about 10 minutes before someone came to help with check in. The room had plenty of space and bathroom was clean. TV didn't work. The hallways could use a vacuum.

Very dirty. I had to ask them to come clean the room when we got there because they hadn’t vacuumed or anything there was people’s food from the last day inside. Staff is really nice though.

The hallways were filled with cigarette smoke. Our room was falling apart and dirty. The bathroom mirror was stapled together.

We stayed here before and was always a fair place to stay. Reasonable price, complimentary breakfast.
Bad news: We had tickets to visit an event in Kansas City so we booked our room 3 months in advance. Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 3:35pm and our room was not ready. Maintenance issue, minor we was told. We weren’t able to get another room and wasn’t able to get into our room until 4:05pm which made us late for our event that we had already paid for in advance. Our trip to Kansas City did not go as planned because we were not able to check in until an hour after the scheduled check in advertise. I would think they would compensate us for our lost. Oh well, that’s was our stay at the Comfort Inn.

Pros: Easy check in. Nice staff. Adequate breakfast and dining area. Cons: Dirty carpet smelled musky like they tried to cover it up w/carpet deodorant and cleaners that failed. Celing by room window coming apart and stained. Dirty fingerlrints on wall, black beetle bugs on carpet, fire sprinkler coming out of ceiling. After check in drove around back to park and 2 "sketchy" people ran behind large trash can. Weird. Saw them minutes later and they were walking parking lot cleaning m
