Property is in dire need of remodeling. The carpet is stained and gross. Also our key card worked one in three times. I ended up with 5 cards at one point. The breakfast was decent and was offered all morning.
We were on the side of the expressway and it was quite noisy. If I had know I would’ve requested a room on the other side. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t be returning.

I was very happy to have a small room with a single bed, near the front desk, very convenient and comfortable for my short stay; everything I needed, including an ironing board and an iron was in the room, the bathroom was very clean and efficient. Breakfast was fine.
The only drawback was the noise from the superhighway quite near the building, but it wasn't at all a game changer.

Hotel staff was excellent. No complaints there.
This hotel is definitely 3-star.
There are some nice features such as free coffee, breakfast, cookies.
Because of the location they do a great amount of business. It is right next to the NYS Thruway and you can feel and hear traffic.
As a result the place if fully booked most of the time.
Thus, maintenance is lacking and the hotel is running down.
The bathroom in our room was quite worn with lots of scuff marks, a small hole in the wall by the baseboard, filthy grout on the tile floor, etc.
The owner of this hotel, like so many others, is milking the property for profit. After it runs down even more they will sell it off to someone named Patel.
We also had a wasp infestation by the window. I killed about 20 wasps over our two night stay. Very exciting.
The hotel did give us a substantial discount on the rate as they were unable to change our room.
A suggestion would be to hold vacant a room or two each week to allow these maintenance issues to be fixed.
Due to the desire to maximize profits I doubt this would ever be done.
The hotel is on the edge of the abyss.

My original room was not clean and the shower curtain was damagsd.. We asked that the room get cleaned the next day and it was not. Asked for a new room and that room was clean with nothing damaged. Overall facility - walls, carpeting, furniture - are showing their age.
