The room was very clean. The Staff super nice and friendly. We love the breakfast variety. The room was super comfortable we rested and enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

There was a periodic low rumbling (about once every minute). Sounded like someone moving furniture upstairs. Annoying, but not enough to prevent sleep. Probably HVAC. Staff could not stop it or explain it.

The carpet in the common areas was dirty. The gym equipment was missing the treadmill and the elliptical machine made strange noises.

This is a great spot and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However they were clearly having staffing issues, which caused backups during our stay.
They also ran out of breakfast items or didn’t restock quickly enough. If the hotel is really full, the breakfast area is overrun. We weren’t able to sit down because all the tables were full, despite waiting around a while for it to clear up. They ran out of cups and utensils for a whole day during our stay.
There was also maintenance that wasn’t tended to promptly. The ice machine was broken and leaking 4 out of the 7 days we stayed there.
