Despite friendly staff and the room being updated a bit, there were cockroaches in the room and burn holes in the bedding. The building is adjacent to the busy highway, so it is very noisy. The rattling of the AC unit also didn’t help. Also, frequent police patrols through the property also did not make us feel safe.

Not the best of M6, and certainly not the worst I've been to. However its certainly a transient property in the middle of a commercial/industrial park. I booked a non smoking room to no avail, as smoke still came through the bathroom vents all night.

Very run down hotel and room. Employee was under the influence of who knows what. Faucet in bathroom water pressure was extremely low. Shower water faucets nearly falling off. Shower water pressure was weak and no hot water. I stayed in the Handicap Room #319.
Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

Pets were welcome with lots of yard to run that was away from the traffic. The floors were swept but not washed. The tub/shower was fiberglass with thick soap scum. Someone had sprayed a cleaner on it that did cut through the scum to the fiberglass, but no scrubbing was done. FILTHY

Lots of insects in the room.
Guest in room above made so much noise (thumping, running, moving furniture) we were unable to sleep restfully. Notifying the staff did not change this,

Horrible service. They ran out of the paperwork that needed to be singed at check in. Wrote the room # on a 1in by 1in peice of paper. Got to our room and there were holes in celing. Mold all over bathroom celing. The fridge had a inch of brown in the freezer. Bed were rock hard. 2 pillows for 3 people. Asked for more was told to come back around 10pm 11 pm. The sheets were stained. Very noisy dogs barking all night. Will not be staying there again.

Staff was friendly. My room door, you had to lean into it to get it to open. No drinking glasses in the room. No mini coffee pot.

The room was dirty, mold in the bathtub, smelled bad, and we had to talk through a glass to the clerk. I guess we lost our money, but we went and stayed someplace else.

我的波多黎各驾驶执照是我的身份证明，但他们不知道我是美国公民，可以凭此前往美国，因此他们要求我出示护照，但我没有护照，因为就我的情况而言，没有必要前往美国领土。
我旅行时不需要在机场出示护照，进入美国时也不需要租车，但由于不懂法律，酒店管理层不允许我入住酒店，所以我不得不睡在车里，尽管我已经提前付了酒店费用。
我希望酒店能退还我支付的钱。
