your hotel called us same day as we just made it to NH for my birthday and advised us that they cancelled our reservation bc they overbooked and closed rooms down. i had booked two weeks prior and to call us day of was absolutely horrible!!! needless to say we drove 3.5 hours to get there to turn around and drive home. unacceptable.

I accidentally booked us one less day than our vacation lasted, and when we asked about extending our stay by a day, the woman we spoke to was minimally accommodating, but seemed more concerned about getting us out ASAP due to remodeling. We elected not to extend our stay after all, and went to a much better hotel. Honestly, it's an okay place, but we won't be staying here again.

First off, the building elevator wasn’t working at all, I’m disabled. Second the room I stayed in had no towels, or sheets. I had to buy my own. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again. I will make sure everyone knows my existence.

The bathroom was dangerous as there was a leak in plumbing under sink somewhere. Tried to call front desk multiple times bit no answer.
Also hair in refrigerator and tub.
Elevator was broken and we were pit on 3rd floor. I recently had a heart attack so 3 flights of stairs was not easy and almost had to call ambulance after i slipped and fell in bathroom from the puddle on the floor. Over all horrible experience.

I liked that it was off the main road, wasnt dirty, but wasnt spic and span either, matress was lumpy

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room is clean except for a HORRIBLE odor coming from the heating/AC unit. Smells lile someone stuffed old gym socks in there. Unfortunately probably won't stay here again, as it is that unpleasant. I can bear it for 1 night...
