A basic, clean, no frills hotel. It was a relatively safe and quiet place to lay your head down for the night. I would stay here again if in the area.

The room was spotless and everything was in its place. The only thing that I had any trouble with was there were some staff members on the third floor this morning and they were listening to their music so loudly that it could be heard through the door and over the television.

This particular Red Roof keeps their rooms clean and in good repair. But the lobby/entrance area and 1st floor elevator area can use some updating & refresh. There was a very noticeable cigarette smell in these particular areas.

We have stayed at this location many of times and never had any issues before. Well, Sunday when we checked out we had forgot some personal items in the drawers at the hotel. By Monday afternoon I had realized it and contacted the hotel and gave them my information for the to contact me once they found them. Well here is it Wednesday and the items are supposedly nowhere to be found. I got in contact with the manager (David) today letting him know we left them behind and where they were left. He said they haven’t been turned in for lost and found. Mind you, the personal belongings total towards $300 so definitely looking to get it back. The manager was not professional at all. I asked him what is his protocols and disciplinary actions for stealing because I know the items were left behind. Definitely not pleased with how the situation is being handled. I know it’s our fault for being forgetful but why have policy of keeping belongings for 30 days when the employees are stealing them anyways? Hopefully the items will magically appear and we will be able to retrieve them.
