Room is big and spacious. Stayed for one night. Stayed here before and will stay again. Elevator was out of service, but I was only on second floor, so it didn't bother me. Breakfast is basic, but included. Water is hot and has good pressure. Quiet room and was clean

Hard to get to now with roads changed. Had 3\4 lights not working. Told them thought they would work on them as we stayed 2 nights, but no. Toilet didn’t work well, and lost shower pressure in middle of shower. Workers very nice, but they have a lot to take care of yet.

Showed up there to check in and was such a hassle to get checked in. The lady at the front counter didn’t understand English and had to use Google Translate. The maid didn’t leave me alone and kept knocking on my door and wanted

Not impressed!!!

Not very impressed with the conditions of the room and carpeting. The toilet didn't flush correctly, the shower had no pressure and the room had areas where the drywall was coming apart. The room was not up to date and the hotel needs an over hall. Downstairs was acceptable. For as much as we paid for the three nights, I will stay somewhere else. It's a rip off.

There was no carpet in the room. The "wood" floors were not sturdy in some spots and it felt like I might step through them. The shower sprayed water over top of the curtain and got the sink and mirror wet. The shower head was not screwed in all the way, causing it to spray,

No plug for bathtub, no hot tub, pool was ice cold, room had a moisture and humidity problem. The room and hallway smelt like mildew, and one of the beds if not both of them had bed bugs.

The hotel we were impressed with everything except our tv wasn’t working in our room. Young lady came and tried to get it connected but with no luck. Would stay here again next time we are in Sioux Falls.
