The room was clean and the staff fantastic! I extended my stay by two days because of the wonderful family which owns and operates this hotel.

We were there for the chiefs game and didn’t know what time we would be done so we checked with the hotel to see if it was ok that we check in after 11. They checked us in right away but obviously told us after 3. Super helpful checking in early.

There was an odd musty smell in the hallways and the room was very outdated. Not bad for the price though. Could use some new bedding and towels.

Convenient to sights & KC area. Our room had a leak in ceiling over shower w/black mold starting. They refused to move us to a comparable room or refund our $$. Has a very musty stale odor - they are constantly spraying freshener in halls.

Quiet and simple location. The continental breakfast was very sparse so I did not take advantage.

Family trip to worlds of fun & Royals game so perfect location for a 1 night stay. Beds were small, breakfast was toaster waffles, area was safe
