The Comfort Inn is clean, quiet, conveniently located, and serves a nice breakfast. It is exactly what I need on my trips to Bozeman.

Disappointed that they did not have a room with an accessible bathroom for us and claimed they were never told of that request. I would not stay here again.

Hotel is comprise of multiple levels on a sloping property which created a lot of confusion on which floor has what services. Lobby and breakfast area is on the 2nd floor. Elevator serves 3 floors and level One is starred in elevator as ground floor. Interior signs and wayfinding placques were insufficient to accurately direct you to the Lobby.

Property is dated but clean. Room was comfortable but didn’t like the bathroom and sink setup. Bath light had fan attached which was annoying. Need to be able to turn off fan

Staff was great and made check in super easy! Rooms were very clean and hotel was conveniently located right off exits, near a Walmart, and next to a gas station! There was a lot of construction nearby but still easy to navigate in and out of the property. Would stay again!

Hotel did not have what was advertised. We needed suite with 2 beds, a couch, 2 chairs and an ottoman. 1 chair and no ottoman Husband injured an needed what was advertised. I was hurting from traveling due to bad back and arthritis. Hot tube out of order. No cookies when we arrived .

Hard to navigate to upper floors. If you have mobility issues, elevators are in an inconvenient area. Breakfast was “ok.” Food was hot, but cereals were stale. Juices had an “off” taste. Staff was very attentive, the property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Not the best for handicap people. Toilets sit way low. Very few handicap parking spots.
