Courteous staff but not completely cleaned room. A pair of whomevers socks were under the sofa and the room left not vacuumed . Pool was cold and only two towels in a double queen room and not as advertised. Hire me and I’ll get your rooms to where they’re comfortable and welcoming !!

They were doing some renovations so we had to have a 2nd floor room, but it was nice. They had breakfast open early so we could eat and catch an early flight. Very nice of them!

Ok for one night stay. This is an old hotel.Found several cockroaches in our first room but they did relocate us to a different room.

I was charged for my room, but did not get it as I was considering a no show for the first night stay. Even though I canceled the room for the Friday night stay on Tuesday before our trip. I was understanding that there was obviously a misunderstanding and my room was not canceled for the first night stay. But when I got to hotel on Saturday to check in I was told since I was a no show on Friday I no longer had a room, but yet my card was still charged for Saturday also, I should not be charged for a room I didn’t get and I was there, so if I am paying for the room i should of been able to check into to room for the night. Since they let someone else have my room, I shouldn’t be getting charged. I want my Saturday night fee refund, i should also get Friday, but somehow my cancellation request didn’t go through. I showed up to check in and my room was not available, as my first reservation was for Friday & Saturday, I called hotel on Tue Nov 4th to cancel my Friday night reservation, but keep my Saturday. On Saturday when I went to check in they said I was a no show on Friday and my room was not availability. But I was still charged for both Saturday & Friday night. I should have gotten to stay in my room on Saturday if I am charged for it???? I want my money refunded as we ended up putting six people in one room with just a king bed because they said I didn’t have a room.
我们刚入住房间，就发现床垫下面有臭虫。我们向前台工作人员反映，她很友好地道了歉，并帮我们换了房间。不过，当我们被告知会有人“调查”房间里的这个问题时，却发现将近一个小时后又有人入住了同一个房间，这让我们有点不安。我们确实在新房间里发现了几只臭虫，但这并不那么令人担忧，因为它们不在床上。不过，还是有点吓人。不过，工作人员非常友善，尤其是其中一位客房清洁员。早餐有点冷，但还不错。

我们房间的浴室里有虫子，马桶漏水，凌晨 2 点踩进水里就感觉难受，房间里到处都是霉味，汽车警报器在凌晨 5 点响起，我们根本睡不着，简直是一场噩梦🙃
晚上睡得很好
床很舒服，工作人员很友好。浴室需要一些维护，但很干净。水压和热水都很好。住宿体验很棒，附近还有美食。
马桶座坏了，就放在那里。我们确实告诉过他们需要修理。不过淋浴很棒……
