It was a busy weekend so it wasn’t always quiet. Staff was responsive with concerns and questions. Good breakfast with lots of options

Rooms are horrible for the amount we paid. Definitely not worth 400$ plus we paid for one night. Definitely not what was advertised either. Shower felt like it was going to cave in room and bathroom Stunk . Breakfast was good.

The on-site restaurant named Tempestas was excellent and a huge plus for our 3-night stay. We ate there every night and were pleased with the food, service, atmosphere and the prices were reasonable. On a broader note, the hotel was nice, staff very helpful and I should mention that the breakfast one of the best I've had on 3 continents, aided by a hostess who was friendly and took lots of pride in serving hot food and keeping the food and coffee fresh.

Very nice place for the price. Breakfast area was very clean. Although we didn't eat there, it was nice to have a restaurant connected to the property for dinner. I would stay there again

Once we switched rooms it was much better. In the first room, the window hinge did not work and we couldn’t close the window. It was very cold. Additional annoying things with this room were the window looked at a brick wall and the room phone wire was broken.

Our room smelled so bad like Indian curry food. It was infused in everything because if we put our clothes on a chair or bed they smelled like the awful food smell! My 3 kids complained the whole time. We were told there were no other rooms to get moved to. It was terrible. Very run down hotel in need of renovation and they need to deep clean smelly rooms

这么多房间却只有一个制冰机，而且还坏了。真有你的！！！不过早餐服务人员的工作非常出色！！!
价格绝对虚高。预订贝斯特韦斯特酒店时，你觉得价格合理，但其实是个骗局。这是一家90年代风格的老酒店。没有翻新，但清洁度还行。
我的房间wifi无法连接，所以我要求前台换房间，但他们告诉我即使换房间也不能保证可以连接，并让我打电话给管理人员。直接上网。
最终我还是换了房间并使用了WiFi。
因为这个问题，我们最终浪费了一个多小时的入住时间。
