The hotel is under construction, which is a good thing for companies to look for ways to improve.

The off-putting thing was that the primary staff struggled to be kind, transparent, and informative.

most of the suite room photos appear to a full kitchenette. However, i had to pay an upcharge to have such a room. The upcharge was a minimal upgrade as it still had extremely worn outdated furniture, stained carpeting, broken draws, and no dish liquid or dishwasher was provided. All of the untensils and cookwear were completely worn. The jetted tub was filthy, you could see the filter wasn't been properly cleaned.

I hate writing this review because it seems to be a small business looking to improve. However, get someone at the front who can properly guide guest through the experience of being at their establishment.

Carpet and chair had stains. No one available to answer the phone when calling. Information online says hotel is permanently closed so that can leave people confused after booking especially since no one answers the phone

The guys at the front desk for very nice and friendly. The room was bigger and better than I expected it to be especially for the price. I didn't get a room with the kitchen but there was a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room that we put to use. I do plan on going back

The room was very musty smelling all around, dirty with stained carpets and furniture. There was black mold on the wall in the bathroom. Food stains on the walls that were never wiped off.

Breakfast included cereal bread bagels.

Pancake machine was broken. No healthy choices. No artificial sweeteners (diabetic)

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it met our needs. The room was affordable and everything was in working condition. Upon entry we noticed a trace of unpleasant smell but once we opened the window it went away.. The ac worked fine but why if we can open the window to get fresh air quickly. The blankets looked lumpy but the bedding was whity white and cripspy.. The breakfast was limited to bagels, toasts, cereal, pancakes, yogurt and oatmeal packages. The walls seem to be paper thin and it was the only negative part for me. We could hear people talking on one side , walking on the other side and even smore int the hallway. They all calmed down by 11 pm. They staff was friendly. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We need new bath towels and sheets for the bedroom. Staff are excellent and they are always very helpful. Laundry needs to have a door that locks like the bedroom key so we don’t have people that isn’t guess at the hotel doing laundry. Parking is good
