We need new bath towels and sheets for the bedroom. Staff are excellent and they are always very helpful. Laundry needs to have a door that locks like the bedroom key so we don’t have people that isn’t guess at the hotel doing laundry. Parking is good

Like the jacuzzi in the bathrooms also like that the property was clean and was convenient to different for places , this place was free patking and also convenient to the Casino's

I've stayed at numerous hotels and motels. This place is AMAZING. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE. HUGE ROOMS. JACUZZI TUBS IN EVERY BEDROOM. INDOOR SWIMMING AREA. FREE LAUNDRY. HOT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. The ONLY downside to this property is the pool heater and Jacuzzi in the swimming area is broken ( I'm really hoping they get it fixed) and I'm also hoping they decide to serve eggs, they currently do not. They DO serve cereal, milk, toast, bagels, apples, yogurt, pancakes, sausage, coffee, cranberry juice, apple juice, orange juice.

It’s ok and service is friendly
The front desk personnel are always nice and helpful, however, the cleanliness and condition of the property is subpar and many things are broken or damaged. The elevator button to 3rd floor was broken when I was there. I was missing most of the towels in my room, and the headboard of the bed I cleaned myself bc it was absolutely filthy. The room is a decent size, good for a couple or small family traveling. Overall I’d recommend it if you’re on a small budget.

Service suck. Toilet was broken. Cabinets had trash in them. Space for breakfast was tiny and crowded.
