Walls are really thin and the floors are not carpeted so you will hear your upstairs and next door neighbors. Laundry room was out of order. There's no breakfast as advertised. The beds are comfy but there's only sheets and a thin blanket, no comforter.

When I got to the hotel, the staff member was lacking customer service and said that ******* had cancelled the reservation. The staff member told me that because of this, I would have to pay what they wanted per night which would have been almost double. I believe that they entered this on their own accord in their system in an attempt to force a customer to pay more for a room than was agreed upon with *******. The staff member was belligerent during the entire interaction. I was forced to make an impromptu reservation elsewhere at 12am with my 11 year old child after driving to the reservation for 10 hours from Canada.

It was a “ sketchy “ hotel. The room was clean and updated but I would NEVER stay there again or recommend it!!!

The beds once you sat on them you collapsed onto them, couldn't find the microwave and the fridge then realized that it was in the tv entertainment center. And had no coffee machine. And tv shut off automatically without me having set that or knowing that is hiw it was aet uup. Not worth it.
