The management and staff did wonderfully with minimal staff over the thanksgiving vacation. This allowed most of the staff to have a thanksgiving with family. The staff and management that were there were very nice and attentive. All the guests that I talked to thought it was a nice touch by management.

I was specifically looking for a hotel with a hot tub. After checking in we got settled into our room, put on our suits and headed back downstairs only to find out the hot tub was closed. The front desk clerk had not informed us of this at check-in or we would have gone to a different hotel.

Check in is always nice when the counter person likes their job. She was so nice and engaging. Acted happy to see us. I stay here frequently, and I get that here every time. They must like their boss.

Room was very clean. Breakfast had many good options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tup wasnt working.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The soups made available in the afternoon and evening were a bonus. We will definately stay at this property again.

Hotel was great check-in staff were extremely friendly. Athena only drawback was, I got there about 40 minutes before the end of breakfast and they were out of about everything.

Good staff, cleanliness and amentities were all fabulous. Only issue we had was the noise from other visitors went well past midnight.

We really were pleased with the friendly staff, I was pleased with knowing upon check-in that they gave you a slip that stated all hotel information and even listed their breakfast options ( some items are on rotation) and even listed their Gluten Free breakfast options. Our room was clean and bed was soft. I would stay here again!
