Everything was wonderful, except for I left a pair of fendi glasses on the bed. And as I was exiting the hotel, I realized that I left my glasses on the bed. How's key moving was already cleaning? I asked the manager to go upstairs or go. Ask the housekeeping to go get my glasses. I know for a fact that I left him on the bed because I realized when I walked out and I had already given the key to the manager that I couldn't go back in the room and gritty myself. So he asked the housekeeping to get them and housekeeping lied. And said, nope, no, ifendy glass is on the bed, never seen him never and I have pictures with me. Wearing them in the hotel so yeah, nope, they stole my glasses. I give 0 rating to the staff.

Pretty routine four-star hotel. Staff very good. Could use new beds. Wasn’t crazy about the waterfall shower, but that’s a matter of taste. Rooms were good size. Elevator very far from my room. Same with my last Westin hotel stay at the Toronto airport. Walkable to the metro and to a great grocery store, Wegmans!

I liked this property with regard to the service. I really appreciated their willingness to make my stay much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean! Although there is not a pool or a spa available, I was treated to an excellent stay. Will be an option on my next trip back!

The staff was very responsive. I needed to heat some food and requested a microwave, within 5 mins it was delivered to my room. I'm not sure if there was breakfast, I did not see any and it was neither mentioned when I checked-in. The room was clean and cozy, lots of sunlight, the hallways had a very fresh and floral scent, overall I had an amazing experience staying at the Westin.

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk person was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant. Parking was a bit pricey at $40 per day! Overall we enjoyed our stay!
