Great location - 15 min. Walk from the metro everything was beautiful - and I appreciated they still did a room clean up daily, as opposed to many hotels which have started doing every other day. The bar was nice - the one time my husband and I went in.

The hotel is lovely and so is the staff. The area around the hotel is very safe with lots of dining and shopping options. My one complaint is a pretty big one. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much they can do about it. They are located near the subway slash train station. If you're at the back of the hotel, which my room was, you hear the trains all throughout the day and all throughout the night. It doesn't stop. It makes it very difficult to get a restful night's sleep. I wish they would have better windows that block out the sound better. Something they might want to think about. So, if you're a light sleeper or if you're in town for something important and need a good night's sleep, unfortunately, I would not recommend the hotel.

Incredible service. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel offers many complimentary items. For example I needed a shaver so I went to purchase one in their convenience store and they said it was complimentary! And they gave me shaving cream! Will definitely be staying here again.

Came up on amtrak to explore the city. Old town is so awsome. Really enjiyed the location of hotel and will be back.

Firstly, this hotel was in an excellent location. I parked in the parking garage nearby for a very cheap rate and I ubered to and from the waterside which was like 15 minutes away. The hotel room was clean and the view was amazing. The room could have been cleaner. The bed and pillows were amazing. I had a very comfortable sleep. I love the scent in my room and the hotel in general. The toilet bowl was super low so not ideal for persons who are tall or have knee issues.The staff was very professional. Overall, I would stay here again and definitely recommend it for others who wanna do a getaway to a cute small town.

We were only there for one night. Great staff and I appreciate the Sparkling Cider gift for my birthday. Such a cute, quaint area and I wish we could've stayed longer.

Overall great experience
The room was amazing, bathroom wasn’t quite as clean as I’d like. Tub needed something to prevent slipping because it got slick. I enjoyed the shower fixtures that were modern and updated. There was not a microwave which posed a small inconvenience. Would have also been nice if there was a pool. A/c worked amazing as heat index was 107. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely return.
