我当时在找一家“宠物友好”的汽车旅馆，同时价格也要合理。这家旅馆符合我的要求，于是我就预订了。网上完全没有提到有任何“宠物费”。办理入住时，服务员问我有没有带狗，我回答说：“是的，我带了两只……一只40磅，一只8磅。”她接着告诉我每只狗要收35美元。我对此表示质疑，她说是“酒店规定”。我要求见经理，被告知经理晚上7点会来。等我7点半再回来时，却被告知要等到第二天早上7点。早上我和经理谈了，经理也说是“酒店规定”。我问是否可以分摊一下费用（即使是35美元也还是太多了）。我问她，酒店的规定是不是要让客人满意，她回答“是”，然后我说她违反了规定。我原本109美元的房间，加上70美元的宠物费，结果花了将近200美元。我以前为我的狗付过20美元的费用，但这简直是荒谬！以后我绝不会再入住这家连锁酒店了。我真应该带着我的狗去早餐自助餐厅，这样至少还能物有所值。

Breakfast was adequate, room was nice, spacious, bed comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, only complaint was the pool was cold and the hot tub jets didn't work properly

The room was perfectly clean and the bathroom was first rate. Super comfortable bed and decent breakfast. Excellent coffee and quick efficient check out. 5 stars.

Walls of this hotel are paper thin other guests were causing all kinds of commotions and noise and management didn’t seem to be concerned at all outside the door and on the stairways smelled like urine. ******* rated this an 8.6 that’s why we stayed, they are usually spot on, but with this property, I would barely give it maybe a 5 , they did a sloppy makeover job on the rooms, lobby had to be locked up all the time, week prior to our stay there was a robbery there. A very restless night to say the least.

They seem to be in the middle of updating the property. My room had a completely new and very nice bathroom. The rest of the room was older but in good condition. The carpet in room had some stains but I think they will be replacing it with plank flooring soon. Lots of restaurants and a good grocery store all within a few blocks. Some walkable. Breakfast was goo, too. The value was good for this town, compared to other places in the area.

Good stay in Mount Vernon Ill.

Had eggs and sausage, plus fruit and yogurt for breakfast.

Pets are welcome. Our room was clean are very comfortable bed. Brand new shower.
