我当时在找一家“宠物友好”的汽车旅馆，同时价格也要合理。这家旅馆符合我的要求，于是我就预订了。网上完全没有提到有任何“宠物费”。办理入住时，服务员问我有没有带狗，我回答说：“是的，我带了两只……一只40磅，一只8磅。”她接着告诉我每只狗要收35美元。我对此表示质疑，她说是“酒店规定”。我要求见经理，被告知经理晚上7点会来。等我7点半再回来时，却被告知要等到第二天早上7点。早上我和经理谈了，经理也说是“酒店规定”。我问是否可以分摊一下费用（即使是35美元也还是太多了）。我问她，酒店的规定是不是要让客人满意，她回答“是”，然后我说她违反了规定。我原本109美元的房间，加上70美元的宠物费，结果花了将近200美元。我以前为我的狗付过20美元的费用，但这简直是荒谬！以后我绝不会再入住这家连锁酒店了。我真应该带着我的狗去早餐自助餐厅，这样至少还能物有所值。

The hotel booking site didn’t put the state on it. When I searched for Mount Vernon, Washington, this comfort Suites popped up and I Booked it. Only when I punched the address did I notice and it kept sending me to Illinois. When I looked at my itinerary, it had the address without the state, but a non- Washington state zip code. It is partially my error that I didn’t notice but you need to correct your website. It really out some stress on our vacation when we tried to check in and the hotel address was in Illinois not Washington state.

When I hurriedly book Quality Inn in Mount Vernon, Washington, the pool pictures were incorrect. That was not what we saw at this hotel. We would never have booked this hotel had the pool pictures were accurate.

Two mishaps with this booking.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a strange smell when we 1st walked in. It was almost like a cigar smell although my kids thought it was a vanilla type smell. The breakfast was great....scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal and pastries. Staff was friendly.
