The mattress was very soft. The room smelled of alot of "Ben ***" or some other minty smelling ointment..
We have stayed at this location several times previously and had no issues. Our room as 319 in case you wanted to check into our complaint.

We had a nice room- kitchen table, couch, two queen beds. I could bring my pup along! Pricing was good as we just needed a place to lay our heads. Thank you.

It was very clean and up to date. There was a decent selection for breakfast and everything was good. Check in and check out were both smooth. It's conveniently located near several places to eat. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Breakfast was adequate, room was nice, spacious, bed comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, only complaint was the pool was cold and the hot tub jets didn't work properly

我当时在找一家“宠物友好”的汽车旅馆，同时价格也要合理。这家旅馆符合我的要求，于是我就预订了。网上完全没有提到有任何“宠物费”。办理入住时，服务员问我有没有带狗，我回答说：“是的，我带了两只……一只40磅，一只8磅。”她接着告诉我每只狗要收35美元。我对此表示质疑，她说是“酒店规定”。我要求见经理，被告知经理晚上7点会来。等我7点半再回来时，却被告知要等到第二天早上7点。早上我和经理谈了，经理也说是“酒店规定”。我问是否可以分摊一下费用（即使是35美元也还是太多了）。我问她，酒店的规定是不是要让客人满意，她回答“是”，然后我说她违反了规定。我原本109美元的房间，加上70美元的宠物费，结果花了将近200美元。我以前为我的狗付过20美元的费用，但这简直是荒谬！以后我绝不会再入住这家连锁酒店了。我真应该带着我的狗去早餐自助餐厅，这样至少还能物有所值。
