酒店回复: Nancy,I am so sorry to hear about the elevator. If it's in the morning, unfortunately, we don't really know about it unless another guest informs us. Unless housekeeping is here as they use the elevators frequently. It's definitely not a normal occurrence and I truly apologize you saw that.As for Tru being the least favorite of the Hilton brand, I do apologize. We do indeed have less bells and whistles than some other hotels, but we are also a budget friendly hotel. We know it's not for everyone, though, and it sounds like we didn't hit the mark with you.Be Tru.

We do have several hooks to hang clothes on, as well as plenty of space for a suitcase under the bed, but you are right that it's not the perfect solution for dressy events. 这是我们第一次住在这里。酒店很棒，员工也很友好。我们喜欢它看起来崭新、干净、清新的感觉。最棒的是没有意外，这意味着一切都很正常。晚上也很安静。早餐选择丰富，而且每样东西都很新鲜。我们每年都会去康科德两次，从现在开始我们就会住这家酒店了。

这家酒店看起来像是新开的，地毯也看起来很新。电梯清洁方面，他们完全没有打扫。有人在一部电梯里洒了粘性液体，虽然有人擦了一下，但还是留下了粘性残留物。第二天早上，洒出来的玉米片又让电梯更加粘稠。同样，他们也没有打扫。Tru 集团是希尔顿集团中最不受欢迎的。他们看起来廉价又俗气。早餐简陋，而且不好吃。

房间和浴室尤其干净，维护得很好。房间很小，但其实没必要再大一点。浴室大小合适。工作人员很友好。我们很感激全天提供咖啡和茶，还有一个可以装水的饮水站。没有衣柜，挂衣服的空间有限——因为我们是来参加一个盛装活动，所以有点小问题。但总体来说还算满意。
