unfortunately my negative experience was not with the aesthetics of the place . I had the misfortune of having a room right below the most unruly children / family and was unable to sleep the entire night ( a couple of hundred bucks wasted)

We returned to room after a day out to find the room had not been serviced. Since we were tired we just ask for clean towel and left it go at that. I did ask for some hand soap that morning and she said she would tell housekeeping when they arrived and that was never taken care of. Not sure what happened with the service.

i would like for a taller toilet that toilet was so short that it hurt my knees getting up or down from it. breakfast was good and fresh.

I pulled into the driveway and left right after. This property is located next to a rest area for truckers and it's in an industrial area. I didn't feel safe and since I was traveling alone I decided to go stay somewhere else.

I was over payed for the room. I paid $250, i ceck again last week and it was down to $121. Plus i had to pay an additional $100 whan i got to the hotel. The air-conditioning was loud and kept me awake. No hot water in the shower.

The property and location were great but we had a bad experience. Late at 10:30 pm the toilet got stuff. The rest of my family were asleep

Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially front desk and Asma of the dining or breakfast area... Great hotel for couples or families with young children. It was a awesome stay... thank you all.

Debit or credit card options for the vending machines or a better stocked mini mart. You are letting $ walk out the door with that. The front desk lady was so sweet. She was such a lovely face to see in the morning.
