The property was beautiful (especially once there was a dusting of snow). Indoor parking a plus.
The ski in- ski out was fantastic and one of the reasons we chose this location. They have onsite rentals as well as ticketing a minute from the slope. Most units have lockers on main level for skis and boards (very handy).
The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and Dan the manager was exceptional, detailed and very timely with responses and accommodation needs.
We only tried the Cooper Den (new this year) and it was good but overpriced for simple bar food & drink.
Lots of water fountains, pools, hot tubs and restaurant options. Gift shop moderately priced.
Walkable to town and we loved that.
We can’t wait to return in 2026.

Very expensive!! Each of the units is individually owned, but are lovely and extremely well maintained and rustic.
My issue is that: I am unable to walk up and down stairs, easily, and the bedrooms AND bathrooms were upstairs!! Oh, and our fireplace was GAS, not woodburning!! I think you can submit requests, tho, as you book your room.

Beaver run is perfect for Peak 9-read green runs. With that in mind it is an excellent spot for families. You can easily get over to peak 8 on the slopes. It is an extensive hotel with 4 different buildings that are all connected via indoor walkways. The staff was very professional and welcoming. There is a shuttle available, but downtown is just a 15 min walk away. The king studio in Bldg 4 was spacious enough with a pullout couch, but had a strange floor plan and needs a refresh. Very satisfied with my stay and the resort.

Beautiful views with friendly staff, wide variety of amenities. Loved the free shuttle and it was also a very close walk to downtown Breck.

我最近入住了海狸涧度假村，体验非常棒。度假村的位置完美，依偎在滑雪场的山脚下，无论是放松休闲还是寻求刺激都非常适合。在我入住期间，工作人员都非常热情且乐于助人。我的房间宽敞、干净，窗外还有迷人的山景。
度假村的设施也很棒，包括多个热水浴缸、泳池和一个设备齐全的健身中心。我特别喜欢酒店内的餐饮选择，提供了美味的餐点，完全不需要外出。滑进滑出的便利性让我在雪场的一天变得异常轻松。
总的来说，海狸涧度假村在各个方面都超出了我的预期。我强烈推荐给任何想寻找难忘山间度假体验的人。
我们不得不换房间，因为最近施工，有股味道。房间设施都比较标准。
