Staff was not very friendly, breakfast was not good at all, but the rooms weren’t horrible. There is no elevator and we asked for a ground floor room but did not get one. With 3 kids and lots of stuff that was annoying. Overall it could be better but could be worse. It was a cheap bed.

The room was clean when you arrived, and there was always hot water. However, the cleaning was poor. They only made the beds and did a half-hearted job cleaning the bathroom, but if you left papers or empty water bottles, they didn't throw them away. They didn't wash the sink or clean the bathtub. If you left dirty glasses or spoons, they didn't wash them either. The breakfast was terrible; they didn't even serve yogurt. The beds were comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The best was using their shuttle service. We were able to park our car in their parking lot for less than KCI charges and they made sure we made it to the airport on time. They also picked us up with 10 minutes of calling when we returned.

It was winter so we did not use the air but the heat worked well. The breakfast could use some fresh fruit.

房间很暗。位置很好，就在机场旁边。前台服务不太好，需要加强客服培训，没礼貌也没笑容。虽然写着有免费班车，但单程要收5美元。性价比很低，下次不会再住了。
干净整洁，适合过夜。抵达后需要打电话安排接送，每人5美元，包含送机服务。接送和办理入住的服务都很好。
房间干净，床品舒适，还有冰箱和微波炉。
唯一的问题是邻居太吵了，有一群人开派对到凌晨一点。除此之外，其他都很好。
就像汽车旅馆，设施非常简陋，卫生很差，所有房间都朝外
