We booked on another site, and pulled in to a dark, closed building with signs saying it was an unsafe structure. The last thing on the sign was from a Super Bowl party, which would have been almost exactly a year ago.

Best hotel in the poconos !!! They literally have the best staff. Me and my girlfriend were trying to check in early and it was before 11am but maya and her son let us check in early for no extra cost. The rooms were beautifully put together huge tv with very nice bathroom I would definitely give 10/10 and refer this place to everyone!

Dirty, nasty, filthy roach motel!! Staff was horrible. Mold everywhere, old nasty carpets dirty stained sheets...just the absolute worst hotel I've ever encountered! Sleep in your car before paying to stay here! 1 star is too generous for this dump

Run away fast!, This place has no business being open. Disgusting!!! Obviously false advertising on the web page….it may have looked like that 20 years ago. Questionable people hanging out there, rotting, mildew and decay everywhere you look.

This place looks nice from the outside but it is certainly deceiving. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained. There is a question whether or not the sheets had been changed as the was hair on them. The only reason for the one star is I am not able to give them a negative number. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The place is a scam. Nothing like the pictures. Everything is filthy. Guy at front desk ignored when I went to tell him about there being no hot water. Had to get my husband to go again and he kept telling us to turn the tap. The drunk maintenance person came and confirmed there was no hot water and then they still wouldn’t give us a different room. We left at midnight after a long day of driving because we didn’t want to sleep with the cockroaches on top of the stained linens. I’m guessing this place was left to rot and the “new owners” thought it would be ok to let people look at pictures from other hotels or something to take their money 0/10

I visited this hotel many times in the past but these past few years I've stayed there every time its deteriorated meaning rooms smell smoky, bathroom faucets and bathtub were clogged and water keep coming back up, the pool was extremely cold but their excuse is they forgot to put pn the heat in it and my daughter was very disapppinted and room was just straight up dirty. Of course i complained before leaving. Thinking that it would improve i booked again recently but wasn't able to go so I called three days before to cancel and so happened they couldn't find my name or booking so I thought my booking was canceled come to find out when i check my account these scammers charged me so i called them and listen to their excuse i never called or spoke to AMIT the front desk clerk. Attached is my proof calling 3 days before. BE AWARE OF THEM! THEY CLAIM THEY CANT FIND YOUR BOOKING AND CHARGE YOU AND WHEN YOU CALL TO DISPUTE THEY CLAIM THEY DIDNT TALK TO YOU AND YOU DIDNT CALL TO CANCEL!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE the pictures do NOT represent what it looks like at all. The floor is ripped up, looks like it’s under construction. There is no restaurant or breakfast. Pool had residue on it and was freezing cold. The lounge is closed, the bar is not open and has a chain around it, there are rocks and pebbles everywhere, mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets, NO phone to call front desk and half a roll of toilet paper in the room. We requested clean sheets and toilet paper and NEVER got any. They lied and said 3 people inspected the sheets and they were fine. We were in the room, no one had come in at all. Staff was rude and refused to give us a refund. Laughed in our face when we said we’d write a bad review. Couple in next room left immediately. I would not stay here again if you paid me.
