I was comfortable. Breakfast waffles were delicious. Pillows ******! All rooms have stand up showers. Rates are fair.

Hotel is pretty old but mostly well maintained. Nice to have hot breakfast options, and coffee is better than most free hotel coffee. Unfortunately the elevator was broken our entire stay, and the ice machine on the second floor barely produced any ice. And we needed it! The room was comfortable overall however the AC would randomly reset during the night to a higher temp, and turn itself off, if I got up and turned it off/on it seems like it worked? But I had to do that more than once. This hotel is cleaner than the other nearby option in Franklin so I would probably stay again however it’s not the best by any means .

Front Desk clerks could be a little more friendly, pillows are as flat as a pancake, they do not appreciate Best Western Elite Members! But it is the only decent place to stay in that town. It is right in front of City Hall which is absolutely beautiful!

Staff service horrible, breakfast area nasty, food disgusting, room partially clean..asked staff about food in the area and was told everything closes at 9pm except bar across the street 10pm..hubby went to the dairy queen behind the bar and was open til 10p..

Clean, cool, and comfy. Didn’t Exocet thus level of modern accommodations in such a small town. Easy access quiet, and decent breakfast.

We arrived on a Thursday night & left Saturday morning. We walked into a freezing room, AC was set at 61. Then we had to ask for a shower curtain. The toilet was nasty, somebody had a blowout & they didn’t clean it! Then the hand towel rod was half out of the wall & the glass shelf was hanging down out of the wall. If you tried to set something on it, down it went to the floor. Also, the shower hose was busted & was spraying out of the side of the hose. Then breakfast- the bacon was soggy from water dripping on it. The gravy had a lot of water on the top from the condensation dripping on it. There was 1 biscuit remaining & it looked undercooked. I’m pretty laid back but these are items that are paid for with your room so I expected them to be up to standard. This was a handicap room on top of it, you’d think it would have been up to par! They need new management!

I am so sad to have had such a terrible experience. There was not internet during my stay, and I guess that is pretty normal for this property. We were staying here during a baseball tournament, so we had lots of downtime but I couldn't work in between games. We also had a shower that didn't work, a tub and sink that didn't drain. The staff was nice enough but these problems are just non-negotiable things.

This hotel is always clean and quiet There are a couple of trains over night but nothing to lose sleep over There’s a decent local icehouse across the street vey walkable the food is good Hotel is a good value and breakfast is simple and fresh

We were going to use our aaa membership at checkout..when we checked out she said it was too late..she had already checked us out..I told her I talked to you earlier in the morning about aaa..she said she thought I was talking about something else..she beat us out of 10 % discount..she has red hair..red complected
