Book and get the he receipts and everything and I'm very grateful for the service and response from *******. Long story short when I arrived there was no record of my booking. The woman at the desk at this time was not very helpful. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt for her attitude because she did at least look like she tried to double check. But she really just told me I needed to fix it and didn't try to help me. As someone with experience in customer service her attitude was in no way helpful or accommodating. I understand being in a position where you have little authority and are just one aspect of the business but you couldn't at least try to help me and have some empathy rather than sitting there and watching the TV? I'm exhausted and near tears and she just stares at me while I stand there trying to work with *******. Apparently there may have been an issue with this hotel's connection to ******* and they needed to work it out with a manager but the woman at the desk was very rude and annoyed on the phone once ******* called. She actually didn't even look like she was planning on picking up the phone until I said ******* would be calling them.This experience was humiliating and all I wanted was some compassion but apparently that's too much to ask. Ended up getting my money back and called the courtyard Marriott they provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service because even though they were booked fully, they gave me the number for another hotel nearby.

Clogged toilets and had to switch room. Hall and room smelled like stale cigarettes. Switches on lamps had grime around them.

The hotel was quiet at night. The rooms a spacious and the bed was comfortable. The desk chair needs to be replaced. Breakfast was okay. Nice choices but the same menu both days.

Room had two spiders in the bathroom, one in the upper corner and one behind the door.
Location is fine, right off the highway.
Someone, at some point was smoking in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.

The check in staff was friendly, supportive and professional in making sure are needs where met after a long drive. the housekeeping staff gave us some assistance with requests. staff w bkfst did a great job and checkout staff was friendly and supportive w a number of guests. The hotel, room and food where great but the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this stay because they showed made us feel welcomed, supported and at ease. We will stay here again when going through Toledo.👍5⭐
