The breakfast was decent and they offered a variety to choose from. The rooms were clean but I had to do a little spot cleaning in some areas because I found some hair in the shower and some greasy spots on the refrigerator. The staff that checked me in wasn't too friendly, she stated that since I put that it was only one person checking in and not my children ( I purchased a double bed) she said she could have denied my room and make me get a refund and do it all over again since I told her that I was a gold member and usually when I get rooms they upgrade me. She told me no and she wasn't gonna do that. There was a lot of shops and store nearby and very close to the hotel, like walking distance. But overall it was a fair experience and I would consider booking again!!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Only thing was we could hear the people next door very easily, not sure if all rooms were like that but we had an adjoining domaderoom

Clean spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a large recently updated bath, easy to operate TV with a remote that actually worked! And 5 pillows on the king sized bed gave us enough to prop up & lean against to watch TV, which was wonderful! Breakfast buffet the next morning had a good selection - only thing missing was flavored creamers for my morning coffee.☺️ With that being the only thing lacking, I give this hotel a 5 Star Excellent rating!

As soon as I entered the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke and was visibly dirty. It looked like everything had been wiped down with a filthy cloth. There was a greasy handprint on the inside of the door, used Q-tips on the floor, and the remote control appeared unclean and possibly stained with something resembling vomit. Now, I have to wash our luggage because it still carries the smell from the room.

Comfort Inn is no top tier hotel, but this is one of the worst properties that I have stayed. For approximately $90-100 per night, I was not expecting luxury, but even the basics were missing... the heater took hours to heat the pool, breafast was not fit to eat we had to get something to eat outside, and the room was funky smelling. We had to stay an extra night. The person at the front desk collected the money for the room, but then called us again and charged us a second time. When questioned about this, she stated the second charge would be tefunded in 2-3 business days. This was very disappointing, what if we could not spare the sencond $100 that was erroneously charged? Overall poor experience.

The place was really clean and quiet for a one night stay. No issues with parking or safety as the doors lock to the lobby after a certain time.
The only negative was light leaked through the door but the door was lockable, so really a non-issue as no one was out in the hall making noise
