The room was not vacuumed from previous guest. The T V in the sitting room did not function. We called front desk and were told he couldnt do anything about it. We turned on the heating unit and it started sizzeling. Then the room started smoking and the smoke detector went off. We had to go downstairs and ask for help. When the employee opened the window the screen was missing. It had been torn out. The ice bucket was dirty. Do yiu want more. I asked to change rooms and that was not possible.

The young lady who was at the front desk was excellent and due to staff shortages was practically running the property by herself. Top quality employee at the front desk.

The decor was very nice. I felt like they were short staffed . The room was clean but outside of the room was messy . Ran out of coffee everyday and there was no regular sugar. The ice maker was out of order . I felt bad for the staff because they were trying but were pulled in many different directions. The mattress was in bad shape.

great choices for breakfast, when we checked in the first room assigned had not been cleaned, we were cheerfully and efficiently moved to a clean room one floor below, Miss B the breakfast supervisor / hostess is amazing. And the location was perfect with walkable choices for dinner.

Room was not good, needs updating and cleaning. Broken outlets, broken alarm clock, bathroom gross. Staff never available at desk.
