Pool was closed ; they would not transfer me to the other country inn and suites , said booking through ******* 3rd party doesn’t allow it . They should give an option to transfer to another hotel if they don’t give notice all amenities aren’t available

The whole place is dirty. Ice machine leaking all over the floor. Front desk staff less than helpful at all, didn't give any information voluntarily, like pulling teeth just for her to tell us where the elevator was. Bugs on the bed and bathroom was filthy.

The room was neglected They gave us clean towels when we asked for them. We will not stay at Country Inn and suites again

I’ve stayed here a few times typically it’s in the best location for visiting my family. But it’s starting to feel more and more rundown. Staff is friendly accommodating.

I was able to call ahead letting staff know I would be arriving on the later side of the evening and they had everything ready for when we did arrive so check in was easy

我们晚上10点左右入住，但不幸的是，分到的房间没有打扫。我们不得不回去换房间。房间很大，实际上是两个房间，一个有沙发、冰箱和桌子，另一个有床和电视。我们很喜欢。
早餐不错，有煎蛋卷、香肠和一些水果，是常见的典型美式早餐。
我们推荐预订这家酒店。
酒店干净整洁，员工服务态度很好，没遇到任何问题。我会向所有人推荐这家酒店。
