There was a tremendous amount of loud traffic noise that I do understand is out of the hotel’s control but also noisy inside as well

We always have a good stay here. However, this time our room had an unpleasant smell, like it wasn't well cleaned. Every other aspect of our stay was fine, though

Older, but definitely a good choice for us. Very convenient to all amenities. We weren’t aware that we would only get our room cleaned/refreshed unless we requested it at check in. This was easily rectified though. Very helpful to have breakfast available.

It was such a wonderful stay. We celebrated our 2nd anniversary and it was such and amazing trip. Will definitely recommend to other staying in Kalispell.

When service is so bad, the rest is secondary. We checked in late, and the room had used towels in the bathroom, quite disgusting so early next morning we told the front desk to make sure the room needed to be cleaned properly and they took note. We came back at 7pm and IT WAS NOT DONE! the front desk employee explained me that they are short-handed, ridiculous answer, when that is why you pay! After reaching the manager, they moved us to another room, no king beds available! Beyond that, carpets are worn out and dirty, AC stuck at 68 and very cold, wi-fi terrible at 5 mbps, huge hotel without restaurant-bar. Sonesta group is to be out of my list.
