Charged $100 for “door damage” and “wet footprints in closed hot tub area we never entered.”
• NO before/after photos provided
• NO email, text, or any notification before the charge hit my card
• Manager Jacob claimed photos exist but refused to send, gave a rushed/questionable GM email, refused his last name, and hung up saying “have a nice day” when pressed for proof.
Door was already damaged on check-in. Still waiting for refund. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid unless you enjoy surprise fees with zero evidence.

The price was great for Thanksgiving. Staff was lovely! Our housekeeper was a sweetheart.
However, the pool was disgusting. A slime around everything. Mold spreading and taking over many of the windows (in the hotel room and in pool area).... The chlorine was almost intolerable in pool area. All our swimwear changed color! Tiny hot tub 3-4 people max.
They charge $70 for thanksgiving, but charge $400 for July. Definitely, not worth $400 a night. But yes $70.
The caulk had mildew in the bathrooms.
Bedding was ok. Again not $400 a night.
Basic cable... can't log in to your own streaming.
Breakfast was the same thing everyday.. we stayed for a week.

My room was always straightened up , I needed nothing , everything was close by, food ,laundry , grocery store. Would recommend. Michael

Just an old building that is worn down. Staff is pleasant. Rooms are meh ... breakfast was the exact same all week. Coffee ran out in lobby

很棒的住宿体验，房间和浴室都非常干净。前台人员特别乐于助人，也很友善。前往机场的班车准时，司机也很友好和乐于助人。下次还会选择住在这里。😀
位置好，旁边就是商场。
位置便利，员工友善，非常干净。我推荐这家酒店。
交通便利，酒店步行范围内就有商店。往返机场的班车也很有帮助。
唯一遗憾的是今年夏天太热了，房间里的空调不太好用，很难入睡。
