The staff were very nice and this hotel was very affordable. It was maybe 75% clean. The towels and sheets smelled clean but had old stains on them. There was dust and wear/tear on the corners of the rooms and baseboards. The elevator license was also 4 months expired.

We spent 1 night and Live the cashier and Kathy were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Our main complaint is the A/C is old and very loud and could need to be cleaned per my husband a maintenance manager. Both the bathroom and room that had a live seat were spotless and because of the desk and good desk lighting would be great for a business traveler. The coffee nook needs a light but was well stocked and the bathroom was well lit and a good size. Overall the shower could use an upgrade which signs indicate upgrades will be done in 2026. Happy with our stay and will book again .
The manager Phillipe however was very unfriendly and could take lesson in customer service from his front desk staff who were very professional.

The concierge Kathy is wonderful, she was very informative and helped with our transition. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. Grounds are beautiful with many pools/restaurant/clubhouse etc. This will definitely be my go to when I'm in Clermont.

Shower water didnt turn off all the way was running my whole stay,stood 5 days. The room was moist. I would call front desk of extra towels they always ran out.
