This was our second stay here this year. Both times I requested a room on the top floor to avoid the noise from a room above, and specifically requested a room in a quiet location. The first stay, the hotel was at a higher occupancy, so when we were told we could not have a room higher than 4th floor, we understood. Fortunately there wasn’t a lot of noise from above us that time, though our room was across the hall from the housekeeping storage, and staff entering that room woke us up earlier than we would have liked. This last stay, we were again told that there was nothing available on the top floor, and were given the exact same room as last time, on 4th floor, even though the hotel was at a much lower occupancy. Later we chatted with a person in the elevator who was going to the 5th floor, and she was surprised that we couldn’t get a room on that floor when our reservation was made weeks ahead, yet she had just walked in and gotten a room that evening and was given a top floor room. Unfortunately, this stay. someone was in the room above us, and we could hear their stomping footsteps back and forth all evening and again early in the morning, which kept us up late and woke us up earlier than we wanted to get up. The evening complimentary snack and beverage was disappointing (Mac and cheese??) and potatoes served at breakfast were not even warm. Quality has slipped over the years, sadly.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and breakfast item variety was wonderful. The only item I have concern with is our room was close to the elevator and I could hear it often throughout the night.

Hot tub and pool closed for too early in my opinion and there were obvious stains on the carpet in the room but other than that everything else was good!

Room was roomy and not cramped.Only complaint was that we were near the pool and it was quite noisy while children were playing there.

Check in was very quick. Room and bedding was very clean. Bistro & Breakfast was good with friendly staff. Hotel was clean (have stayed in many that the hallways are pretty disgusting). I will definitely come again.

The room as huge and fantastic, the staff was polite and helpful, the pool and hot tub were great as well. I will be coming back again!

Not good stay. The staff did not help when requested only said that he couldn't help because other employees were not there. Breakfast was not worth it, there was very limited to no foods for the kids. The other room we had for our kids, the AC was leaking onto the floor. We had to just put towels underneath.
