This hotel is i assume recently remodeled, (if not you would never know it) beautiful, good location, decent continental breakfast, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Ashley at the front desk is super personable and friendly as well as the other ladies. The attached ******, the Black Angus is a very fun place to hang out. The woman Paula is very welcoming as well as all the other girls! 100% recommend for anyone in town that wants a chill get away spot for a fun weekend with nice rooms, animal friendly. NO sketchy Guests. <3

When we checked in the front desk gentleman was super nice. We were a little early, but he worked with it since it was myself and my 3 year old. We were doing a road trip and had been on the road over 8 hrs. Even offered to help with bags and just overall super polite. Really informative and very friendly. The rooms were decent. They could definitely do some updating to the AC units as they are really old and loud. Also the halls and stair ways weren’t clean. Otherwise everything was great.

This hotel is perfectly sufficient if you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night. It is a little worn, but it is clean. It does have interior hallways, which is very welcomed and provides a more secure stay. The staff was great, very helpful. In the rooms you’ll find a two sinks, a HUGE closet, refrigerator, and microwave. There is no elevator, so make sure to ask for a first floor room if that’s what you need when you book. Also, the pool deck tends to be very active in the evenings, I would recommend against odd numbered rooms below 20 unless you’re a night owl and the noise won’t bother you. They have a generous breakfast spread in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

I’m hard pressed to find anything positive to say. The property hasn’t been updated in decades. The hallways are poorly lit with carpeting that is so filthy you can feel it crunch where you step. The rooms are adequate at best, with filthy carpeting and a 32” television. There was a musty stench in the room when I opened the door. The front desk girl looked she was put out when I arrived. The cost of the room was very high considering what you got in return. Choice Hotels can be a bit dicey at times, but this is the worst Choice property I have ever stayed at. You’re better off buying a sleeping bag and taking your chances in a park somewhere.

I have stayed here in the past , and found a good place to refresh for another day of work. This visit was not the same: The front desk person was busy eating and did not want to be bothered .Maybe she was having a ‘bad’ day , but she could help by being friendly to the guests the arrive

Great location in terms of highway excess. Fairly nice options for breakfast. Nice and clean rooms with very comfy bed and pillow. Surprisingly clean. Enjoyed our stay for sure and would recommend.
