We stayed in the room with a jetted tub which I always look for. It was great till we saw how dirty the jets were. A washcloth that was used in the tub turned brown against the drain and jets.
Breakfast was good with ample choices and kept up and clean. The employees were very friendly also

Extremely courteous staff. The room was spotless. Tasty breakfast. Nice pool. I was there for a week, so the guest laundry came in handy.

This is always my go to hotel anytime I am in the area. The place is lovely but above all else the staff are incredible! They are so kind and accommodating and can always help. If you need a place to stay in Federal Way, go with quality inn!

糟糕的住宿体验。员工素质低下。按摩浴缸坏了，泳池水冷得要命。房间陈旧过时，非常破旧，需要翻新。
房门底部有一个1英寸厚的开口。最糟糕的是床，是一张非常非常老旧的弹簧床。我们整晚都睡不着。我们经常痛醒，甚至第二天晚上都住不下了。我们凌晨2点就离开了。房间完全没有隔音，走廊里的人、外面的人、所有的汽车，所有的声音都能听到。
这是我们经历过的最糟糕的住宿之一。
床垫躺上去会碰到弹簧。早上醒来背痛。浴室浴缸里的水排不出去，倒灌的水漫过脚。水槽也是。洗脸，等水排完。这三天我都得在早餐室等咖啡和食物。
我非常喜欢它。！！！
