We were really disappointed with our recent stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was far below expectations. One of our family members had to switch rooms because there was blood on the sheets, mascara on a pillowcase, and a used towel on the floor. Our own room wasn’t much better — it was dirty, and the toilet didn’t work.

The overall experience left a lot to be desired. For the price and brand, we expected much better. Hopefully management addresses these issues for future guests.

We have stayed here multiple times and this was the first time we were slightly disappointed. We were put in the handicap accessible room (not really a big thing but just not standard). The beds were very strange and wobbly and bouncy. The head seemed lower than the foot of the bed. The shower would not drain. In the past this hotel has been on point for just a simple overnight stop. I reported everything to the front desk. Hopefully this was just a one off.

good service at bar, bad service at front counter. check in was a nightmare. they booked me in a room that was already taken. went to try and get in the door and heard a voice your in the wrong room! we finally got a room. had to wait a while when we first walked in for a rep to show up. 10/3/25 pm. breakfast, hot tub and pool were all very nice. wish the hot tub would go for more than 5 mins but had to keep getting out to use the timer.

I was impressed with my room. Clean and spacious. The room had a safe, bar area, couch area, desk and bench. Really liked the room. The pool area was neat and clean and the hot tub worked well. The location was very convenient to find and get to. Plenty of places to shop and eat close by on I40. Less than 30 minutes from Palo Duro State Park. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Comfort Inn for single or family stay.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. When you walked off the elevator on the second floor a strong odor of dog urine hit you. There was also no mention of an addition fee for your dog.

The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was easy to access from the free way and close to several restaurants. We will definitely be back.

We chose this property due to needing parking for a 30ft trailer. The hotel was quiet, beds were great, breakfast was nice. Room did have a little dust and the carpet probably needed a good shampoo, but otherwise bed and bathroom were clean.
