Our prepaid room as cancelled without our knowledge. The “manager” informed us that that’s what happens when you book with a third party company like hotels,com and you should never assume you have a room until you call the hotel directly. They didn’t offer any assistance in finding a room and were extremely rude

I hate leaving bad reviews.... I will never stay there again. We were on the lower level. Very noisy, people upstairs were very noisy most of the night....the floor was very dirty... Sad when you feel like you need a shower, just after you had a shower...

Rooms were clean, except for under the beds, lots of dust. Only 2 pillows per bed. We stayed 3 nights and had to go to the office to activate the keys every night.

There was a carpeted luggage shelf on the side of the bathroom sink that was great for placing our suitcases. Good shower. Easy parking.

Room smelled. A/C did not work in first room. Second room smelled, but A/C worked. Coffee pot and hair dryer did not work. Econo Lodge in Kalispell Montana needs to see how its done in Pincher Creek Alberta!!!!! Pincher Creek Econo Lodge is as good as it gets!!!!!!

Strange
The Air conditioner and the heater were on at the same time. Very strange. Couldn’t get the room temperature right. The air conditioner was loud and kept waking up to it.
