Bathtub was stopped up, moved into another room and that was stopped up as well and the sink. Couldn’t shower

Our stay was during a transition period for the hotel to new ownership. The building was under extensive renovation and so was not at its cleanest or its best. The first night, the tv did not function, The front desk person was friendly and accommodating, and by the second night of our stay, it was working. We did not use the advertised continental breakfast on either morning of our stay because it did not appear to be available…there was one yogurt in a refrigerator case and the coffee machine had a sign on it that said it was broken. The bright spot was the helpfulness and friendliness of the evening desk attendant, “Missy”. Hopefully there are better days ahead for this property.

Property is changing brands and has new ownership and is under construction. Rooms are very dated, windows were blocked for painting, hallway was dirty, no laundry service, no fitness center. Better to pay a little more and stay anywhere else until updates are completed.

The beds are very firm and not the most comfortable. But the room was clean and the staff was very nice.

This was my second stay here and the first time was fine, which is why we came back. This time it was bad. There was water damage that was clearly visible. Our room was the last building on the side and when we went out the side door there was construction debris in the stairwell that should have been cleaned up. The floors to our room was filthy- the carpet. And we had two beds in our room and the sheets to one of them had stains on them. The only reason we stayed was because they were dog friendly and we brought our dogs. Won’t be staying there again.

the blanket on the bed was 50% shredded with holes in it. there was a crushed up oreo cookie between the bed and the nightstand
