Ended up not staying here. Bathroom was filthy. No wash cloths. Room was not clean. No breakfast offered. No lights in parking lot.

No one at the front desk when we arrived. No exterior lighting. Waited 10 minutes for staff to arrive to tell us the hotel was undergoing a complete renovation. There would be no breakfast and no gym. Our tv did not work in our room. Staff offered to move us to another room but we declined since we had already unpacked our stuff.
We actually got a good nights sleep. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean. Staff tried her best to be accommodating .
We feel ******* should have alerted us to the unavailable services when we booked the room. Upon arrival we were alarmed by the lack of exterior lighting and construction materials all over the place. The hotel did not even appear to be open for business.

Missy is absolutely amazing. The whole hotel is completely dirty. Linens could definitely be washed. The pillows have a used smell and the heater does not work. There were absolutely no lights on in the parking lot. It was very difficult to see walking to the front door.

Property under renovation which wasn’t mentioned when reservation was made. TV inoperative in our king bed room so had to move to queen bed room. Bathroom sink barely had any water flow. Shower was small and had a small fold down handicap bench, unfortunately no shelves to place shampoo or soap.

They are remodeling. No breakfast. Plywood walls. Filthy air vents in bathroom. Bad!
