我们预订了斯波坎市中心拉玛达酒店,入住日期为2026年1月1日至2日,共一晚。我们入住的是336号房间,房间看起来还不错,直到我们想用热水洗漱时才发现水槽和淋浴都没有热水。我立即打电话给前台说明了情况。Gabriella表示歉意,并帮我们换到了313号房间。我们收拾好行李,搬到了新房间。由于之前房间的热水问题,我立刻在新房间试了试水。我让水龙头开了大约5分钟,水温仍然是凉的。我打开淋浴,却只有涓涓细流。于是我又下楼去找Gabriella。她再次帮我们换到了另一个房间,这次是二楼的211号房间。当时大约是晚上9点,我们开车开了一整天,已经很累了。当我回到房间时,发现水槽和浴缸里都有积水——显然是排水出了问题。这是第三个房间了,我们不想再看其他房间了。我们联系了Gabriella,要求退款,因为三次尝试都未能找到合适的房间,我们实在无法继续入住。她说她无权退款,并给了我您的邮箱地址。因此,我写信给您,要求退还房费和押金。感谢您对此事的及时处理。
由于Ramada酒店三次未能解决问题,我们不得不在斯波坎另订一家酒店,花费更多。

和我们预想的不太一样
晚上9点入住,我们入住的第一个房间地板上满是垃圾,床铺也乱七八糟。第二个房间还行,就是淋浴间没有浴帘。考虑到我们付的价格,我们不会再住这里了。
不太好。城区比预想的要糟糕得多。本来想用热水浴缸,但预订或入住时没有被告知热水浴缸已经停用。早餐还可以,但考虑到价格和位置,其他一切都显得有些简陋,质量欠佳。
房间太脏了,我觉得他们没有清理上一位房客留下的浴室。咖啡壶的用品也没有更换。床罩和一些枕头上都有污渍(血迹)。非常失望。
