Great pet-friendly hotel near downtown. It's pretty close to several services for the houseless. By no means a reason not to say, but definitely worth noting as there is a lot of foot traffic near the hotel as a result

Easy to get to. I thought breakfast had a great selection especially for being included with reservation. Check-in/Out was smooth and the front desk staff was great. Close to Brewery (around the corner)

I went for work thing to Spokane and had an excellent experience here everyone was supper nice, the room was clean and I loved the breakfast I didn’t even know they had a snack area until I got there and they had just what I needed! Thank you to all the staff

If I can describe it in one word it would be “Rough”
Homeless people outside all night making noise,
My child and I even witness someone taking a dump out side of the fenced area.
Pay extra $30 and go to a better part of town.
Also our room faced the street and there was no privacy curtain.

There was a poor variety for breakfast and not enough. No yogurt, limited cereal options.
The Hotel is extremely clean and nice, but the area around the Hotel is not very safe feeling. There was even police activity on the property while we were there. However, they do everything they can to keep the Customer safe.

一切都很满意。住宿设施，服务，卫生等都不错，早餐也是可以的。本来担心流浪汉，但是我们去的时候院里面还有足够的车位，所以根本没有受到任何影响。
对宠物友好，停车场有监控，安全有保障。酒店对面就是一家Dick's汉堡店。安保措施很好，所有门都24小时上锁。
各方面不错。
整体基本满意。
房間很臭，霉味菸味。飯店處理態度很糟糕。
