The room was dirty in various places-the cupboard under the sink and two kitchen drawers, and in a corner of the bathroom. Also the lampstand near the bed, when the lamp was moved slightly, had grime on it. The floor was sticky in one or more places, creating a sticky noise when we walked on it. We asked for a few dishes and a mug came chipped where one would drink from it. The alarm clock wouldn't work at all (we couldn't set the time)

Breakfast was pick up and go…Nutragrain Bar.
No dishes, silver, glasses or cups in room. No pots or pans, no microwave. Not even a plastic glass for a drink of water. No hairdryer.
Remote didn’t work, had to go down and get one from the desk. TV quit working around 10 pm. Was told I would have to ask for anything for the kitchen. Carpet was threadbare. Will not stay this brand again.

Room was good, aside from the TV and fridge not working in the room I was in. But I was only staying there for the night, I would just feel bad someone staying long term getting that room.

Room was clean, staff answered to any questions I had with quick problem solving. The only thing I don’t like is the parking, there’s not enough room for it. It’s like high school where everyone rushes to get the best spot and if you’re not there on time then you have to park out back.

Nowhere to park parking lot seems to always be full multiple people staying in one room and they all drive separate so there’s what seems like 3 to 4 cars per room which leads to not a lot of room to park. No one’s ever at the front desk and cleaning guy busted into room, even after he was told to hold on a minute.

My stay was horrible! The front office staff person, KIM, was excessively rude and downright mean and nasty as I asked for 2 more pillows for my bad back, and I was told I could only have 1, because I already had 3. From the time I checked in, just a nasty person! The bathroom was YELLOW! The property could NOT have any upgrades or anything in the 20 years it's been open. I visit Toledo often as I have family and friends in the area, but I will NEVER stay there again! As a travel agent, I will never recommend this hotel!

My experience at this extended stay hotel was disappointing. To start, there is rarely anyone at the front desk. Staff stay in the back, so guests must loudly say “hello” before anyone comes out. A small bell would make this much more convenient and professional.When I checked in, I waited about 10 minutes with no one in sight. I eventually used their phone to call the front desk. A staff member named Kim came out, did not greet me, apologize, or acknowledge the delay, she simply stood there silently. Her attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, which unfortunately continued throughout my stay. I stayed for almost a month, paying $510 per week, yet still had to pay for laundry. The first time, machines accepted cards. The second time, I had already loaded my laundry before realizing they changed to quarters only, without notifying guests. When I asked Kim about it, she gave short, unhelpful responses and appeared irritated by my questions. I ended up washing clothes by hand because I didn’t want to hunt for quarters. It is 2025, guests should not be surprised by outdated payment changes. I also had a package delivered. Other staff usually brought packages to the counter, but Kim told me to retrieve it myself with no courtesy. Overall, this hotel may be okay for a short stay, but I cannot recommend it for long-term stays. The lack of communication, inconsistent service, and poor front desk professionalism, especially from the staff member I interacted with most, made my sta
