My stay was horrible! The front office staff person, KIM, was excessively rude and downright mean and nasty as I asked for 2 more pillows for my bad back, and I was told I could only have 1, because I already had 3. From the time I checked in, just a nasty person! The bathroom was YELLOW! The property could NOT have any upgrades or anything in the 20 years it's been open. I visit Toledo often as I have family and friends in the area, but I will NEVER stay there again! As a travel agent, I will never recommend this hotel!

Stayed 8/15 to 8/17. 13 bed bug bites on legs. Reported to front desk, also called corporate office. Hotel said corporate would call back , they never did. See another review in May of this year that also reported bed bugs

Less than Mediocre
We couldn't arrive until late, after midnight. The clerk was friendly, but was extraordinarily slow, almost as if she was high. The air conditioner leaked and the carpet on that side of the bed was quite wet. The hot water took nearly five minutes to get passed luke-warm, so much so, we didn't even attempt a shower. The switch on the lamp was broken so that when you pushed the button, the whole assembly would sink into the lamp without turning it on or off. Finally, the so-called "continental breakfast" consisted of coffee, One flavor of Nutra-grain bars, and a couple of packages of oatmeal. We spent only a few hours there, but we will not be returning.

It smelled horrible. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. The room is good size. Very out dated and old fashioned. Smelled like old food and musty. Definitely won't be back.

Overall, a bad experience. I made a reservation through *******. When I arrived at the motel, there were no rooms available. I contacted ******* to obtain a refund. ******* contacted the motel to confirm that I had never checked in so that I could be issued a refund. Motel told to ******* that it will have to talk to the hotel manager who was gone for the evening. ******* promised to resolve the issue in the morning. That never happened. I had to contact ******* a third time to finally resolve the issue.

Ok just for a one night stay. Staff was really nice but property very run down. My room smelled horrible upon arrival. Smelled like feet and dogs. I wiped everything down with disinfectant wipes and they were dirty. Everything is old needs some remodeling. Appliances old and dirty. Probably wouldn’t book again.
