The service was exceptional; very professional, informative, and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Was disappointed that the spa services were not available, and that it was somewhat loud at off-hours. We didn't eat at the hotel, but did enjoy our brief time in their bar, Rye.

因為紐約風雪關系，機場設施關閉，所以並沒有入住。 唯這酒店缺乏人性化，不能提前給予取消。出行旅客預訂該酒店前必須考慮清楚。

After booking I was told there was no longer a spa. When we checked in we were told they were updating the cable system so there would be no TV. There was a guy in our room when we got there that said he was just checking on something but never told us what, he apologized and left, wasn't sure if he worked there. There was loud construction that woke us up in the morning.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Rye, located in Copperleaf. All the staff were very friendly, and our room was very clean and cozy with a fireplace. Great location and walkable to all the boutiques and restaurants/brewery.
