Parking is difficult. Tight for trucks, especially if they put you back next to the chain link fence for the construction next door that shares parking lot.

The location is perfect right in the heart of downtown Helen, which made everything easy to access.
The service was warm and professional, and our room was spotless. Parking and all the additional amenities were exactly as described in the hotel’s listing, which made the stay even more convenient.
Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helen.

I like that the property was close enough to walk to everything but it was just outside of the middle of town so it was much quieter at night. Our room was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful

We had a jetted tub room and the tub leaked the water out about every 20 min.. was not happy about that.. they had no maintenance till morning to look at it...

You messaged back and forth with my Front Desk clerk on our Canary messaging system last night and you stated that you were not upset, that you understood that our maintenance man was not on the property. Actually your exact words were when she apologized and let you know she did not know how to fix the problem were: "It's ok hun... I was just letting you know what was happening and what we were trying to do about it… I totally understand. He's not here till tomorrow morning that's fine." followed by "I'm not mad at all… Just wanted to let you know there was an issue". But according to your "Post" review that I am responding to, you indeed were not happy about the situation. I apologize, but our maintenance man is not here in the evening. It indeed is any easy fix because it is not a leak but a quick fix with the stopper. Thank you for staying with us here at Surestay!

Great!
The room was clean and modern. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. Parking was easy and free. Front staff was kind. Free breakfast was really cool, they have jimmy dean biscuits that you can microwave. I thought that was clever and a great idea to still offer a warm breakfast.

房间位置方便，去小镇步行很近。酒店早餐也挺不错的。房间够大
停车就在门口，入住后提交车辆信息就可以免费停车
在Helen市区，搭mountain coaster的对面，逛街、吃饭都是走路的距离，而且停车免费。海伦市区很多停车场都要收费$10元。
免费早餐略为简单，没有现煮热食，有玉米片、微波汉堡和面包、贝果，冰箱内有优酪、水煮蛋和牛奶。也有水、热咖啡、果汁。水果有柳橙、香蕉、苹果。
以服务品质，在Helen市区住宿的价位算是便宜的。
