Room was very clean and spacious. Large tub, huge TV and refrigerator. Location is very short walk to everything in downtown Helen. Lots of easy parking.

The location was perfect! Right next to all the shops and restaurants, super walkable. The room was very clean. Super comfy bed and nice space. We stayed for a night and had no complaints. An attendant is in the lobby 24/7 which is super nice if any issues occur. Easy check in and check out. Free parking. Overall, 10/10.

Room was very clean. Grounds were very clean. Staff was wonderful. But. There’s no coffee makers in the rooms

Close walk to Main Street and restaurants and mountain coaster. Bed slightly uncomfortable. Pool was perfect. Clean and warm temperature. Would stay again!

The room was not clean. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in a very long time. My white socks turned black on the bottoms so instantly I was concerned about the cleanliness of the linens. The room smelled musty so overall, it was not a great experience.

酒店回复: I apologize that your stay with us was not up to yours or our standards. I do however assure you that the floors get mopped after every checkout, we are an outside entry hotel so dirt does get tracked in. Again I apologize and thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback.

I enjoyed staying at this location due to I was able to walk everywhere, it was safe, the bed was super comfortable, and I enjoyed working with the front desk staff.

房间位置方便，去小镇步行很近。酒店早餐也挺不错的。房间够大
停车就在门口，入住后提交车辆信息就可以免费停车
在Helen市区，搭mountain coaster的对面，逛街、吃饭都是走路的距离，而且停车免费。海伦市区很多停车场都要收费$10元。
免费早餐略为简单，没有现煮热食，有玉米片、微波汉堡和面包、贝果，冰箱内有优酪、水煮蛋和牛奶。也有水、热咖啡、果汁。水果有柳橙、香蕉、苹果。
以服务品质，在Helen市区住宿的价位算是便宜的。
