The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issues we had were both related to plumbing. The hot water was not working and the toliet became clogged when we arrived, after flushing a single tissue.

This property was great. It does show a little age along with some wear and tear, but it is clean, quiet and the staff members were all friendly and inviting. Loved being able to stay here in the town my grandparents lived in for so long.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!
IT WAS EXCELLENT! Everyone was so kind!
The only complaint and others complaining also was breakfast.It started at 6 am. We and several others were there at 6:25 am, everthing was cold, the coffee was luke warm. SO EVERYONE waiting on the 1 microwave. The food was good but COLD!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very well maintained. The bed was okay and the pillows were flat. The pool wasn’t clean but for a business trip it was an exceptional place. The town is very quiet and doesn’t offer very much.

The hotel is not really near anything. The room was a little rough in areas and the bathroom was not especially clean. The staff was nice. The parking lot lights outside the hotel weren't working so very dark and worrisome.
总体来说，入住体验很棒。强烈推荐！入住和退房都很顺利，非常便捷。唯一的问题是浴缸/淋浴间的排水管排水不畅，而且浴缸附近墙底有霉菌，油漆脱落。

马桶座圈坏了。房间里没有浴帘，不得不打电话叫楼下的人来挂一个。她待在房间里的时候，站在浴缸边上试图清理一些霉菌，结果在浴缸边上留下了脏兮兮的鞋印。房间里没有热水，最多也就是温热。我们被告知由于室外温度太高，他们不得不把热水器调低。大堂里弥漫着一股难闻的气味。早餐的香肠很难吃，看起来还没煮熟。我试着用微波炉加热，但情况并没有好转。我吃了一个鸡蛋三明治。
房间里的地毯和家具又破又脏。马桶把手坏了，挂在浴室里，不得不搬走。作为一名资深酒店员工，客房服务人员竟然没有上报此事，这让我很震惊。
工作人员热情好客，乐于助人。

经理太太太太太粗鲁了。我问她为什么扣了我卡里的全部金额，她就开始吼叫。我分期付款，她这没学识的家伙竟然因为解释不清而吼叫起来。
