马桶座圈坏了。房间里没有浴帘，不得不打电话叫楼下的人来挂一个。她待在房间里的时候，站在浴缸边上试图清理一些霉菌，结果在浴缸边上留下了脏兮兮的鞋印。房间里没有热水，最多也就是温热。我们被告知由于室外温度太高，他们不得不把热水器调低。大堂里弥漫着一股难闻的气味。早餐的香肠很难吃，看起来还没煮熟。我试着用微波炉加热，但情况并没有好转。我吃了一个鸡蛋三明治。

Staff’s customer service during the city having lack of water was the issue. Couldn’t use toilets or take showers, so that is not providing basic amenities which is what we are paying for. Yes, is lack or water the property’s fault? No. But their response is within their control. I requested a partial refund as we could not check out due to the fact that I’m in town for my Grandfather’s funeral and no reasonably nearby hotels, so yes, I should pay something but to take the whole hit? No. ******* and this property dropped the ball as both shifted the responsibility on the other. Will not use ******* nor stay at a sleep inn ever again.

We arrived late and left early the next morning so we only interacted with 2 staff members. Both were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We will be back in the future.

The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issues we had were both related to plumbing. The hot water was not working and the toliet became clogged when we arrived, after flushing a single tissue.

This property was great. It does show a little age along with some wear and tear, but it is clean, quiet and the staff members were all friendly and inviting. Loved being able to stay here in the town my grandparents lived in for so long.
