It was horrible,the people in the room next door had alot of children they were yelling all night and the couple were arguing and banging on our wall all night,its 7:27 am and they are still awake...We couldnt sleep and they came to knock on our door because we called the front desk 4 times during the nigjt and they didnt do anything..we didnt open because it was the neighbors...If I could file for a refund I would like to know how to go about doing that..I am tired and got no sleep all night!

The multiple homeless and other sketchy characters hanging around the parking lot at all hours, the high as kites couple playing loud music, fighting, screaming and slamming the door in the next room at 2 am til they got kicked out…otherwise, bed was comfortable, toilet flushed, and no bed bugs.

It looked like the sheets had not been changed; there was black hair in the sheets and in the sink. It smelled so strongly of cleaning product the entire stay and gave me a migraine. I would never return.

前台接待员态度非常恶劣，而且不愿帮忙解决预订错误，我不得不打电话给*******，进行双向通话才让他帮忙。晚上这片区域很不安全，有很多流浪汉和形迹可疑的人。房间里弥漫着烟味，根本没有客房服务。我以后不会再住这里了，这里不安全，建议多花点钱住别的地方，体验更好的住宿。
员工态度恶劣，房间：床罩薄如纸，上面有很多烧焦的洞，而且有异味。毛巾是灰白色，脏兮兮的。我都不敢用，但还是用了。幸好我自带枕头和备用毯。他们真的需要改进一下。
我们一家人走进一间房间，我顿时感到恶心反胃，第二天都吃不下东西。我们刚进去就转身离开了。我告诉前台经理我不能入住，他二话没说就退还了我的房费。他心里清楚。
房间光线充足。地板相当干净。没有吹风机。
凌晨 3 点，门外不断传来噪音或有人，导致我无法入睡。
