The door card would not work after 3 attempts. The management had to send someone with a master key each time I came back to the room. Very inconvenient!

Night staff was very rude and dismissive. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled terribly like cigarettes. The room also only came with 2 towels even through we explicitly stated there were 4 people on our reservation. When we asked the gentleman at the front desk for more towels, he only gave us 1 extra towel and refused to give us another. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pet friendly clean clean room. I guess they are on a program to house the homeless. I was very surprised
The area was not anything like i had expected. Safe enough but the amount o poverty striken people caught me by surprise

Environment was very uncomfortable the entire stay. The other patrons, almost seemed to be living at the location, where constantly walking about the property well into the evening. The room itself was disappointing, the bedspreads had burn holes all over them. Our room only had 2 towels. They also never came to clean it. We definitely wont be returning to this location.

What I liked about the property is that there a lot of places by there I can eat or go shopping..and the girl that works during the day is so sweet. She always make me smile.but all the staff are nice .

Checked into the room and it smelled awful. People outside smoking and think we saw a unsavory behavior happen.. The place was gross and we were put in the extended stay section. We didnt even stay the whole night. Felt very unsafe. Booked another hotel that night and left. We are out but lesson learned.
