The level of customer service here is truly amazing — the entire team always goes above and beyond to make our family feel cared for. Without us even asking, the staff surprised my son with a birthday cake and sang him Happy Birthday — it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming moment that we’ll never forget. It’s little things like this that make Fraser Suites feel so special. When we also had a family emergency the hotel manager and team came quickly with the first aid kit to help us out. Amazing team. As someone who works in the luxury tourism sector for a top developer, I can confidently say that this hotel punches well above its weight. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience rival some of the best 5-star properties I’ve seen worldwide. Special thanks to the incredible management and front desk team — every member of staff, especially at reception, is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We always stay here when we visit Bahrain, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, and anyone who appreciates real hospitality. The hotel is under renovation and the smell and the noise only at the morning, it will be done by December 2025, and yet I gave them 5 Stars because they deserve it

Last week I stayed at Fraser Suites Bahrain and honestly, it was a great spot to relax. The staff were super nice and professional, which always makes a difference. The real winner is the location! You're basically attached to Seef Mall. Seriously, you can walk straight in, and there's even a supermarket right by the entrance connecting the Mall with Fraser Suites – so handy for snacks and bits. Seef Mall itself has loads of shops and even a cinema, so you're never bored. The apartment was spot on – clean, modern, and had loads of room. The bed was comfy (always a plus!), and the kitchen and bathroom were really well done. Plenty of plates and stuff in the kitchen if you need them. Had a really comfortable and easy time here. My little tip though? For food, definitely check out the mall. So many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner right there!
