We came to Fraser Suites Seef to celebrate my son’s birthday, and now he proudly calls it his second home! The level of customer service here is truly amazing — the entire team always goes above and beyond to make our family feel cared for. Without us even asking, the staff surprised my son with a birthday cake and sang him Happy Birthday — it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming moment that we’ll never forget. It’s little things like this that make Fraser Suites feel so special. When we also had a family emergency the hotel manager and team came quickly with the first aid kit to help us out. Amazing team. As someone who works in the luxury tourism sector for a top developer, I can confidently say that this hotel punches well above its weight. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience rival some of the best 5-star properties I’ve seen worldwide. Special thanks to the incredible management and front desk team — every member of staff, especially at reception, is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We always stay here when we visit Bahrain, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, and anyone who appreciates real hospitality. The hotel is under renovation and the smell and the noise only at the morning, it will be done by December 2025, and yet I gave them 5 Stars because they deserve it

上周我入住了巴林弗雷泽套房酒店，说实话，这里真是个放松的好地方。员工超级友好又专业，这一点真的非常重要。最棒的是它的地理位置！酒店几乎就和Seef购物中心连在一起。真的，你可以直接走进去，而且入口旁边就有一家超市，连接着购物中心和弗雷泽套房酒店——买零食和小东西非常方便。Seef购物中心本身也有很多商店，甚至还有电影院，所以你绝对不会感到无聊。公寓也完美无瑕——干净、现代，而且空间很大。床很舒服（这绝对是加分项！），厨房和浴室的设施也都很棒。厨房里餐具和其他用品一应俱全。我在这里度过了一段非常舒适轻松的时光。我的小建议是：想吃东西的话，一定要去购物中心看看。那里有各种各样的早餐、午餐和晚餐选择！
