We arrived late. No front desk staff on duty. They responded to that and got us in.
At 6 a.m. we were trying to get ready to leave, but no front desk staff for extra towels and washcloths. Only one was in the room. Waited until about 630, no one showed up. Won't be staying at one of this brand again.
We just left. No one to check us out

Room was clean, disappointing that there was no ice machine in the building, or coffee maker. Poor representation online that there aren't the usual amenities at this hotel. You're requested to take out your own trash as well. No cooking supplies to use unless you buy them yourself.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to the advertised front desk closing time. The desk was already locked up, but we heard someone behind it, playing music. I knocked on the door and got no response, so I sat down and called the after hours number. A woman came and went into the desk area and told another woman back there that someone was waiting for help. She then came out and gave me attitude, stating we must have just walked in. I told her no, we had been waiting for about 10 minutes. She argued that wasn't true. We got checked in. Our room was nice overall, but there was a huge red stain on the carpet in front of the tv.

Room had old scratched up furniture.. The veneer actually ripped off the side of dresser. TV too small for size of room. Nasty stains on carpet, legs on table broken and lamp by bed f’d up and not working.
No shampoo amenity or coffee in morning.
Lobby and elevator smelled like urine.
This is not a good place to stay. For over 125 bucks a night it should be much better.

The room was clean but the elevator was very dirty. The Staff were very nice and accommodating. There was remodeling going on so can understand some dirt but seemed really dirty

Our room featured a kitchenette, but it lacked basic essentials such as a coffee pot and cooking utensils, which limited its usefulness. Several standard amenities were missing, and the bath water was only lukewarm with low pressure, making showers less comfortable. Housekeeping is provided every two weeks, and additional towels come at a nominal charge. While the staff were a highlight, other aspects of the stay did not meet expectations. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available, and the neighborhood felt safe and secure.
