The room was clean but the elevator was very dirty. The Staff were very nice and accommodating. There was remodeling going on so can understand some dirt but seemed really dirty

We spent three nights at the property, and the overall experience was modest. The staff stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to help with our questions. Our room featured a kitchenette, but it lacked basic essentials such as a coffee pot and cooking utensils, which limited its usefulness. Several standard amenities were missing, and the bath water was only lukewarm with low pressure, making showers less comfortable. Housekeeping is provided every two weeks, and additional towels come at a nominal charge. While the staff were a highlight, other aspects of the stay did not meet expectations. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available, and the neighborhood felt safe and secure.

This property is seriously lacking in amenities! We only got 2 towels & 2 wash rags, no hand towels for 3 nights. If you want more, you have to pay. The floor was uneven, and felt ike a soft spot was in the bathroom. The kitchen sink was leaking, and we went to tell the front desk. They said they did not have maintenance on call over the weekend. The lighting in the bathroom was severely lacking. The shower head was a joke. You only got 3 pillows, and they were very flat, and the bed was pretty hard. One of the bedside lights did not work, nd the TV would not connect. The entire building had an awful odor that was VERY off-putting. The ONLY bright spot of the stay was Tyler at the front desk! He is AMAZING!! I would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate. Just a fair warning.

Overall hotel experience
Room was dirty as the sink and counter wasn't clean staff was average upon check in wasn't happy with the fact of getting ahold of staff the day before checking in as I wanted to change the card number that was on file to a different one but..... Wasn't able to get a hold of anyone until 10:00am the day of check in upon the automated phone message just was saying that the front desk was closed but never said when they were open this was very frustrating

Very disappointed in this hotel. The drawers had crumbs all over them. The smoke detector in the room was completely taped to pre ent it from actually detecting smoke which is a major fire hazard. Overall, a bad experience.
