The staff was very courteous and responsive. However, the building itself badly needs a refresh. Peeling paint and worn carpets need to go. The described “fully equipped kitchen” had not one dish, spoon, or mug, not to mention plates or pots and pans. Despite a full sized refrigerator, sink, and 2 burner stove, how exactly would one cook ?

Soooooo dirty. The bathroom door had brownish drip stains down it. Shower was definitely not cleaned. Multiple sections clearly have never seen a mop.

I would never ever recommend staying here the room was infested with brown I believe ladybugs but I am not 100% sure they were all over the window in the room and the bed. There was no communication from the staff when the fire alarms went off and there was a fire two rooms down from my room the front desk staff was nice, but when checking in there was nobody there and we had to wait a long time for somebody to help us. The room was gross because of the so-called ladybugs I also believe that this might be a shelter since there were people there after we figured out about the fire that said they live there for over three months and this always happens that should be written somewhere if that is the case, so people have the right to make a educated decision on whether to stay there or not. I am extremely unhappy with my stay there and again would never recommend staying here. You should really fix the so-called ladybug problem in the room that is unacceptable

My room was just adequate. Everything looked like it needed to be replaced.There was no hairdryer, no TV remote. The outside of the refrigerator had some kind of grease/oil I’m assuming from someone cooking on the stove next to it.

This hotel was awful..I wish I could give it zero stars. At 10:30pm when we arrived it was so noisy with a party. When I went to check in the front desk girl let me know yes I had a reservation but they gave it away because they overbooked and it was first come first serve. We asked for a manager who was rude and told us it was our fault because we didn’t arrive earlier. She refused to help us and did not want to refund us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..it was dated and dirty inside as well and lots of men coming in and out while we were in the lobby.
