I'm writing this because I want the world to know our experience with this downright amazing hotel. My wife is terminally ill,and needs a kidney and liver transplant if she is to survive. After being forced to leave the only home my wife ever knew for 47 years,we had to check in here one year ago, while we await permanent housing. As her caregiver 24/7, I had trepidations about having to stay in a hotel environment due to the severity of her illnesses. However, those fears were assuaged about 10 minutes after we checked in. The Staff here.. Miss Robbin,Miss Octavia,Miss Marion,Miss Lillian,Miss Zian,Miss Shanice, the maintenance man Emmanuel, the housekeepers. These are not merely hotel employees. To us,they're family. They earned that title because every single day, they genuinely lead with their hearts and treat us like guests in their own homes. I cannot emphasize this enough. As far as the hospitality industry is concerned, they are unequivocally at the height of their profession. Their kindness, generosity, professionalism, and attention to detail are simply unparalleled. For them to make us feel safe in a place where there are over 140 rooms speaks to their unique abilities. They treat everyone with respect, and most of all, humanity. They are not the only wonderful aspect of the hotel. The beds are clean and so comfortable. There is a laundry facility that has vending machines with any kind of drink you could possibly want. The grab and go breakfast has some of the most premium coffee I've ever had. You can literally walk to KFC and Walmart and Sam's Club. The convenience of the location simply cannot be understated. The rooms have clean full size refrigerators with freezer,a microwave and electric cooktops. They also provide you with cookware! It's just like a cozy little home away from home. The air conditioner and heating units work perfectly, whether you're a person who prefers cold,or warm, the unit is digital and fits every need. There is plenty of storage in the dresser, and a nice closet space that is equipped with an ironing board. There is also free WI-FI and Dish Network in the television with 42 channels! I also would like to point out that if you have to stay for a long period like we have, your rate will be cheaper. It's the most affordable long term hotel accomodation in the area. There is plenty of parking and it's a safe environment. I-84 is also 2 minutes away. Finally, I simply cannot finish this review without complimenting the extraordinary staff once again. We are going to be eternally grateful for being a beacon of hope in our dark, stressful lives.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My stay at the Extended Stay America in Fishkill, NY, was by far the worst and most disturbing hotel experience I have ever had. Upon checking the bedding in my room, I was horrified to discover multiple, unmistakable blood and reddish-brown stains covering the sheets. This is completely unacceptable. It means the housekeeping staff did not properly change the linens from a previous guest, or that they replaced them with dirty, soiled sheets. In a post-pandemic world, such a profound disregard for basic hygiene is shocking and frankly, a health hazard. I immediately brought this issue to the hotel's attention and took photos as evidence. This is not just a cleanliness issue; it demonstrates a complete failure of the management and housekeeping team to perform their most fundamental duties. Until the management can guarantee that their staff is competently performing basic sanitization duties—like changing the sheets—I urge anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. You deserve a clean and sanitary place to sleep, and you will not find it here.

What you described is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards we maintain for cleanliness and guest safety. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team to investigate and ensure all our guest rooms are fresh and clean before allocating them to future guests. Worst place ever! Staff uncooperative when the shower head in the bathroom sprayed water every where. Was told a maintenance ticket would be entered. There were no maintenance people on hand because it was Sunday. Was not offered a new room or a plausible solution. Will never waste my time in ANY of their facilities EVER again!

My stay was wonderful. The staff was great and they made you feel welcomed and safe. The fact that there is a laundry room is a plus. Guests are nice. A kitchenette and microwave in the room is nice.

We started our journey in August 2025. We needed a place to stay waiting for our new home to close. The location is great and the staff is phenomenal! I don't think you can find better customer service elsewhere. They are friendly, professional and accommodating. We're very appreciative.

We have extended our stay as needed since August due to our house purchase. We can't say enough about the staff. Although the rooms are a little tired, they are exceptionally clean. Everyone we've met is so pleasant Manual, Rosa, Marion, Eliana, Lillian and Robyn just to name a few. We see them working so hard throughout the hotel wearing many hats!!! They seem to have great teamwork. Thank you for helping to make our time in limbo a little easier.

Nice hotel. I liked that it had a kitchenette with a stove and full refrigerator. What I did not like was that there was roaches.
