The staff was very pleasant. The only down side of our stay was our room was across from the indoor pool and it got loud at times. There was also barking from dogs staying with their pet parents.

我通过*******为岳父和他的亲戚预订了一间双人大床房。虽然我没有和他们一起出行,但我还是预订了,以确保他们能住进一间能舒适地容纳三位成人的房间。他们预订的房间明明是两张床的。
经过长途旅行,他们凌晨两点左右到达酒店,却被安排到一间只有一张床的房间,这对于三个成年人来说是无法接受的。此外,他们还被要求支付50美元的押金,这出乎我们的意料,但我们理解这可能是酒店的标准安排。
更糟糕的是酒店的处理方式。我得知此事后亲自打电话给酒店,前台只是简单地告诉我,他们拿到的房间“价格更高”。这完全说不通——房间的床位比我们预订的要少,这显然不是酒店在没有解释或道歉的情况下给他们安排错房间的理由。
我岳父不会说英语,虽然我不指望工作人员会说西班牙语,但我希望他们能有基本的礼貌和耐心。结果,他们却显得不耐烦,而且很沮丧。他们没有采取任何措施来解决问题,也没有人主动联系我。我自己和工作人员沟通时,他们也表现出漠不关心的态度,不愿意解决这个问题。
当时我没有继续催促,因为很明显他们不会采取任何措施,我的家人只是在旅行后需要休息一下——但这显然是一次服务上的失败。他们没有得到我们支付的服务,而且没有人承担责任。
酒店一直向我收取房费,即使我已经付了钱,这导致我的卡被标记为欺诈收费。我一直无法得到任何答案。我之前承诺的经理会来找我谈话。我等了一会儿,被告知他正在路上,5分钟就到。他一到那里就直接去开会了,我被告知要花一整天的时间才能和他谈谈这些欺诈性收费,现在我陷入了困境,无法取回我的钱。他知道我必须在11点前退房。一点也不专业。我甚至怀疑他是不是这样对待顾客,以便把钱装进自己的口袋。最后我离开了,没有得到任何答复,也不知道所有被盗的钱都花在了哪里。等一切都解决了,我会更新信息。
