Parking was good, breakfast included both hot and cold items. Room was clean. I would recommend it to others!

Room was clean, desk staff friendly and breakfast (usual hotel breakfast) was fine. Hotel near ramp to highway so hear some traffic, but not bad.

Room 301 is one of the saddest looking rooms I’ve stayed in. My mother and I were there Sunday, September 28, 2025 while in town to pay our respects at the Flight 93 National Memorial. Upon entering the room we couldn’t help but notice a dark red stain on the beige carpet. Honestly, it looked as though a very violent crime had taken place; it’s quite a sight to see. Couple the stain with no hot water and you have yourselves an overnight you’d like to forget.
At checkout the clerk admitted the stain was red wine & we should have told her about the hot water earlier. Okie dokie.
1) The room should not be rented out with a giant stain that resembles brain matter. There were many unoccupied rooms that night.
2) We didn’t think much of the hot water situation when we checked in because we used minimal water from the sink to wash our face & brush our teeth before turning in for the night.
3) The window was stained & filthy on the outside from what looked like years of neglect.
4) The clerk told me there was nothing she could for us since we booked through *******.
5) Lesson learned.

Yes that room should not of been rented if we were aware of the issue. With the hot water we did have hot water that morning unfortunately something must have been wrong with your shower itself. If you would have told us at check in about the condition of your room we would of moved you and your mom to a better room.

Room and breakfast met expectations. I recommend you leave the coffee maker plugged in or make outlet adjacent and easy to access. Had to move the coffee maker anout 15 feet away to get easy access.

Poor service. Sent to the wrong room. No hot water in the morning. Front desk repeated the same excuse to everyone checking out as if it was just fixed.

I think this hotel is more expensive than it needs to be given the surrounding area, but on its own terms it is clean and comfortable, with a friendly staff and nice rooms. The only other minor problem is that the plumbing is VERY loud, at least near my room (312). Whenever folks in nearby rooms used the bathtub or toilet the noise in my room was so loud it beggared belief.

The staff was wonderful. However the building itself is aged and it shows. Rust and black mold in the bathroom. Hard to operate shower.

酒店经理 Sharon 令人印象深刻。她待人友善、亲切，既热情又专业。她的员工也同样友好。尽管酒店靠近高速公路和互通式立交桥，但却非常干净和安静。我唯一想说的是房间大小。两张床并不是我以为的大号双人床（但床垫很舒服，可能广告上写的就是标准双人床，我没注意到）。室外游泳池很小，但让我们在炎热的夏天得到了放松。我们会因为酒店的干净整洁以及前往 Laurel Highlands 景点的便利位置而再次选择入住！
