When we parked there was a van in the parking lot playing very loud music and it was 10:00 pm at night. Also, the person checking us in didn't know what she was doing. She had to wait for someone to come back from a supper break. She was in a big hurt to leave.

Check-in was unfriendly - no one told us there was no elevator or where the stairs were (very end of the hall). Hotel room was quite worn ('leather' worn off chair in spots, window valence sagging). Area was sketchy with strange people (friends of the employees?) hanging around the property. Would not recommend.

Bathroom door did not close-didnt fit in the door jam. Lights not working. Room darkening shades had holes in it covered by scotch tape. None of appliances plugged in-when I tried-didnt reach the plug. TV did not work. Lamp shade broken. Tub faucet dripping. Overall in poor condition.

The first room they put me in, the room smelled musty/moldy. Was moved to a different room, killed spiders in the room, sheets on the one mattress and stains all over the sheets. Flood light outside the room was flickering all night and the tub looked dirty. Also, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb. Was not impressed.

Check was terrible took 15 minutes to find someone to do checkin. There were four families trying to checkin. Rang the desk bell multiple times and called twice. Both times the phone rang and there was no answer. The next night our key card didn't work, even though it was a multiple night stay. Other guests had the same problem . Room had an unknown smell and the security door latch was broken.
