I’d like to share our perspective—not to dispute your experience, but simply to offer some clarity.On the morning in question, our housekeeping team did not find a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. The room appeared fully vacated around 9:30 AM, with no personal belongings left behind, so housekeeping began cleaning. When you returned around 10:00 AM and let us know your plans had changed, we did our best to accommodate you immediately by checking you back in and preparing the same room. You were able to re-enter around 10:20 AM.Later, at approximately 1:30 PM, you returned to the front desk to check out again. By that time, housekeeping had completed their shifts, and we were unable to clean or reassign the room for the day. Since our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, we weren’t able to offer a refund.We truly regret that this situation caused you stress, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. – Super 8 Charlottesville

早餐是果汁和一根燕麦棒。我挂了“请勿打扰”的牌子，早上8点有人走进我的房间，没敲门也没道歉就打开了灯。然后大约9点，有人敲我的门，退房时间是11点。大约10点，有人在走廊里吸尘，还吹着口哨。
总的来说，我对这次住宿非常满意。房间干净、无异味，而且非常宽敞。工作人员很周到，在我意外把钥匙锁在房间里后，他们很快就给我换了一把新钥匙。停车场光线充足，入住期间我感觉很安全。性价比超高！
我们住了一晚。工作人员友好热情，房间干净整洁。停车场晚上灯光也很亮，以保证安全。楼里到处都有监控摄像头，看起来确实在监控。不过，这些可能都没有必要，因为周围环境看起来并不糟糕。100美元的价格很划算。

安全、干净、实用
体验令人满意，价格也公道。入住手续办理顺利，工作人员彬彬有礼。房间干净整洁，这对我来说非常重要。我更喜欢有休息区和全套早餐的酒店。这家速8酒店提供橙汁、咖啡和燕麦棒，位于小型入住办公区。
1. 人们深夜在停车场闲逛。
2. 前台服务员更担心他的电视，而不是帮我办理入住。而且我几乎听不懂他说什么，英语很蹩脚。
3. 我刚进房间时，房间温度是85华氏度（约27摄氏度），空调关着，百叶窗也开着。空调开了一个半小时才把温度降到70华氏度（约21摄氏度）。
4. 在娱乐摊位上发现了捕虫器。
5. 酒店里只有一台制冰机和一台自动售货机。自动售货机要么坏了，要么是空的。
如果不是太晚了，我们今晚应该会找个地方住。
最让我印象深刻的是遮光窗帘，它让我们的住宿体验好了很多。床很软，房间也很干净。但我不太喜欢这一点。书桌椅坏了，早餐也很糟糕。我原本以为至少会有百吉饼、甜甜圈、各种水果，甚至可能还有华夫饼机，结果却只有预先包装好的早餐零食，只有苹果。我们点了一些现有的，但还是不得不在其他地方买早餐。总的来说，这次住宿体验非常好。

我一直在寻找一家经济实惠的酒店，结果找到了这家漂亮、干净、床和房间都很舒适的酒店。员工也很友好。如果我再来夏洛茨维尔，我一定会再次预订这家酒店。谢谢。
