Parking on Saturday was full near to the hotel but the staff was amazing and the gym was great. Great hotel for the price!!

Room was very clean. Checking in was great, checking out wasn’t great. Waited in line to check out, 2 staff members were there helping one woman-no one acknowledged the 7 of us standing in line all waiting to check out. Eventually we all just left our keys at the desk, with little acknowledgment at all

If this hotel was in a different location, it would look much nicer. But being down by Ridgedale makes it look very outdated. We had a room that was right outside the pool and had no window to the outside. But it did have a HUGE window looking out to the pool. Not ideal 1 bit. It was extremely hot and humid next to the pool. We did speak to maintenance and they got us a fan - which was appreciated. I would recommend the breakfast - 100% delicious! The parking lot does need improvements.

The furnishings in the room were old worn out and wiped. The wall paper was patched. The tub shower were out of date

Ground floor difficult to keep warm enough as there is no way to stop the air handler blowing even if you turn control to off and engineering was not available but we were reaccomodated to higher floor which was excellent.

Bed was comfy, room was clean. TV very old & streaming choppy. Ironing board was very old & rickety, could use a new cover.

开头不太顺利，凌晨两点多前台接待员睡着了，我不得不翻过柜台去叫醒他。不过，餐厅的服务人员都非常友好，早餐时段也很有活力。房间本身倒是没什么问题。
隔壁有一个购物中心。步行20分钟左右就有一家超市。
