Despite a confirmed reservation, we arrived late in the evening to find a shuttered hotel with a note on the door saying they were closed down. No notice or time to reroute our plans, we were left to find accommodations late at night with three children in tow.

Our group of bicyclists just finished a 60+ mile day of riding and we roll up to the hotel and see a note taped to the door stating the hotel is under new ownership and is closed. None of us received any notifications from the hotel or ******* about the closure. Multiple attempts to contact the Wyndham offices were unsuccessful. Thus we had no lodging and all of us were on bikes. We fortunately were able to secure last minute lodging though the entire incident was nerve racking and totally unacceptable. At the very least ******* or Wyndham should provide us with compensation for this truly awful experience.

No elevator to the second floor. No air-conditioning in the building itself. The room was really hot when I checked in. The building seemed very rundown.

It may have just been me but it didn't seem like the sheets on bed were clean. I admit i did not check them before laying down. But you know the feeling of laying down in your own bed and can realize that you have to clean the sheets, thats what it felt like to me. I've stayed here many times in the past and have never had a complaint till now. I am greatly appreciative of them letting me have an extra hour to check out.

Property was a mess garbage cans in the parking lot over full filthy bathroom broken toilet feces all over the floor leaking out from underneath the toilet bathroom filter by fan was disgusting

This building was CLOSED and noone let us know. Such poor communication. Horrible experience.
