As we were fully booked I discussed with you that we could place you in one of our apartment-style units, which differs from a traditional hotel room. Housekeeping is available by request in these units, and we regret any confusion despite this being explained.We also looked into the towel concern and found the stains were from makeup, not blood. That said, it should have been caught before your arrival, and we’ve addressed this with our team.As a small, locally owned business, we genuinely value each guest and use feedback like yours to improve. 非常靠近弗吉尼亚大学校园,但要步行一段距离才能到达校园附近的购物区和历史悠久的市中心。公共休息室很不错。前台工作人员友好且乐于助人。
真是个好地方。就在校园中央,安静又有特色。酒吧安静舒适,房间很有特色。浴室干净又好。床很舒服。我们还在咖啡馆吃了早餐,味道很棒。我们会再来的。
