Not even a closet to hang clothes. No shampoo, no press. House cleaning threw away all the food in refrigerator and shampoo bottle bought. Front desk won’t even give a coffee cup to be able to heat some water since there is no coffee maker. Street entrance has people standing or sitting without a bus stop, making it difficult to walk to the street. Room keys got disabled twice. Definitely not for business travel, certainly not for family travel either.

The wrong dates was in the booking so the property nor ******* was able to change this simple request My friend's birthday was destroyed and it's still charging for the fee rather than give me another date

The people are nice and executional but ex the booking site gives failed details and blames the property or management and it’s not them or thier fault it’s this booking site but the hotel is great

They have rude front desk they charge a deposit for rooms that smell like smoke its all types of people just walking around with no type of security.

I have stayed here several times but I think they should modernize some things like the television is useless, they should put something that is a Smart TV so that whoever wants to watch a movie can search for it on YouTube or Netflix, another thing is that they should put in air fresheners because although the rule says that you can't smoke, there are people who smoke inside and that smell stays there, it is very clean and everything is nice, just those details, TV and air freshener.
Me he hospedado aquí varias veces pero creo que deberían modernizar algunas cosas como la televisión que no sirve, deberían poner algo que sea Smart TV para que el que quiera ver una película la pueda buscar en YouTube o Netflix, otra cosa es que deberían poner ambientadores porque aunque la norma dice que no se puede fumar, hay gente que fuma dentro y ese olor se queda ahí, es muy limpio y todo es bonito, solo esos detalles, televisión y ambientador.
