The check in was very quick and I very impressed with the Lobby and main area. The reason I will not stay here again is because the bedding was the absolute worst. We had no comforter on either bed. Due to the fact thtat we didn't have something on the bed to keep us warm we had to turn the AC down so we wouldn't be too cold during the night. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that our son just squeezed onto the tiny couch without pulling the bed out and also there wasn't any bedding (sheets) available to put on the sofa sleeper. The mattress on the sofa was pretty much a spring nightmare. The two main beds were very uncomfortable. My daughter who had just graduated from Basic training in the Navy that week was with us and we wanted to treat her to a wonderful night's sleep at a nice hotel... but, she said that it wasn't any better than the Navy bunk. How sad is that?! I usually don't leave comments on a business unless it is really bad because I understand that things happen and I do extend an amount of grace but I don't want another family to experience the same thing. We had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express nearer to the base the two nights before the graduation and we all wanted to return back to the Holiday Inn instead of staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job every day. We felt safe and comfortable. It’s a short drive from the nearest Metra station for an easy commute downtown.

A little disappointed in the pool because it was freezing but all the staff were very nice and accommodating. Our rooms were clean and nice!

我们一家人住的是双床房。房间比较宽敞，住得很舒服，但Wi-Fi信号不太稳定。可能是我们房间在楼翼尽头的原因。早餐有麦片、面包、酸奶等，我觉得这个价格来说性价比挺高的。酒店还有一个小健身房和游泳池，设施完善。总体来说，我很满意。
跟图片上看到的完全不一样。走廊和楼梯看起来太旧了，大厅地毯都卷边了。房间干净宽敞，但浴室淋浴间只有半扇玻璃门，水会溅出来，洗澡的时候会冷，这让人很不舒服。空调几乎不工作，晚上热得要命。网上说有游泳池，结果我们到了之后他们却说没有。
整体感觉不错
很棒的酒店，房间宽敞，入住/退房速度很快。
